It's been awhile since that fight at the park and now Kevin, Devin, Bug, Gavin, Sean, and Mason won't leave me alone without at least one of them by my side.

All of them were sitting at Kevins dining table either drinking coffee, eating Cheerios, or texting on their phones. Sean looked up from his bowl of milk and let out a sigh.
"What's up? "
" I hate it when I try to get the last pieces of cereal and they always run from me!! "
" Well they obviously know your a cereal killer soooo... "

Sean shot glares at Bug who started to laugh and then daggers at me.
" Shut up... " he grumbles and drinks what's left of his bowl.

Mason looked up from his phone and then looked at me.
" So will I take her today? "
" Yea sure Mason I'll take tomorrow how about you Bug? "
I watched how they exchanged back and forth how they were going to control my life. I growled.

" Really guys?! "
" What? " they said in unison.
" Leave me be!!! I want to be by myself for once!!! To pee in peace!!! To have a freaking day of quiet!! "

Kevin stepped in.
" Well I guess you deserve it... "
" Yes I do deserve it!!! "
" Fine! "

I jumped up at this word and ran to the room that is now mine upstairs.
I stripped like a girl who was getting paid millions of dollars just to have her body looked at and looked in my closet. I decided on a white tee, a gray wool sweater, some light blue skinny jeans, and some brown combat boots.

I went to the bathroom and did my hair in little spirals and eyeliner, mascara, and a little bit of lip gloss.
I grabbed my lacey side purse and slipped my phone inside it along with my keys and wallet.

I pounced down the stairs and out the door before the boys could stop me. I jumped in Devins Chevrolet and took off down the road.

I was cruising down the street with Angel With A Shot Gun blaring through the sound system. I stopped at a red light and started to think to myself.

Where to go, where to go... My tummy says it's hungry... RUMBLE RUMBLE... Shhhh tummy... We are alone and free to go where we shall want... Oh. Ice cream.

I pushed on the acceleration when the green light blinked on yelling at me to go and I went to the ice cream shop called Cream Freak.

Target acquired. Move in slowly....
I pulled in and got a parking space right in front of the door.
In enemy lines. Go go go!!!

I get out of the car and lock it.
I walk up to the door and my hand touches the cold handle.
Achievement unlocked!

I smile to myself. Free at last. I open the door and take a big whiff in of what I call victory.

I walk up to the counter and see a beautiful girl with medium black hair and purple eyes... Probably contacts.
She turns toward me and smiles a cute little smile. Aw I bet she's got loads of friends. On her black shirt was white typing that said Call Me Senpai and her name tag that said Ruby.

" What can I get you? "
" Oh uh.. Hi Ruby! I would like.... Um. What's your favorite? "
She stared at me with a raised eyebrow and then I leaned on the counter with on elbow and gave her a go-on look and smiled. She laughed and said," Vanilla with swirled caramel and rainbow sprinkles!"

I smile. "Well then Senpai, I would like 2 please, oh in a large also!"
She looked at me and my hand holding up the number two with my fingers and went in the back to go get it.

I waited a little until she came back with two large cups with a spoon impaled in both of them and attacked by rainbow sprinkles.

She set them on the counter and smiled, " You sure do have a big stomach!"
I laughed and took one. She looked at me confused. "What about your other one? "
"That ones for you! "
She looked at the other cup full of her favorite ice cream and then looked at me and smiled. " Thanks! So what's your name? "
" An-uh I mean Mixie, but most people call me Angel"
"Oh cool! So Mixie are you my guardian angel now or..? "

I laughed at her joke. Only if she knew that I really was one. " Sure I guess you could say that. "
She came out from behind the counter and we went to go sit at a booth. I bounced in and she slid in on the other side.

" So , Mixie, why do they call you Angel? "
" Why do they call you Senpai? "
She looked up from her ice cream as she took a bite and I did the same. She smiled a mischievous smile.
" Touche! "
" Rawr, I'm ferocious, watch out! "
" Meow "
We laughed in unison.

I got out my phone and tossed it to her after unlocking it. She caught it and looked at me weirdly." What's this for? " I took my 20th bite of ice cream and then said through a mouthful of ice cream" Pu ur numer n"

She laughed and did just that. She gave it back to me and I looked at her number with the her name above it.
SENPAI. I smiled and we started talking back and forth learning more about each other by the minute.

When it was time to go I waved goodbye and she waved back.
Meeting new friends is so cool.

It has been 5 hours since the guys finished their man party and they all went home. I stayed up and just started reading. Typical me. Dean Koontz at night with a bowl of popcorn and a liter of Pepsi, my kind of night.

I was finished with Chapter 6 when my phone vibrated. Me being curious of who would be up at this time of the night, I opened up my messages and saw it was SENPAI, aka Ruby.
I smiled wide.

You still up Trail Mix?

Ya, why are you up at this time Senpai?

:) just wondering cause I can't really sleep now. Wyd?

Reading, eating popcorn, drinking Pepsi, typical night stuff.

Oh cool. So I was just wondering does this mean were friends?

YEA!!!!

I turned off my phone and smiled placing it on the charger beside me on the beside table and I went back to my book.

Senpai and I will get along just perfectly!
