"C'mon!" You called to the tall, dark-haired God of Mischief. He walked down the stairs, pulling at his jacket.
"Do I have to wear this...incessant thing?" He asked. You giggled.
"Of course. It's so you don't get cold, Loke." He groaned.
"I am of Jotunheim. I assure you, I will not get cold." You nodded, bobbing your head side to side at the same time, considering his statement.
"Maybe not, but it's also so that the population doesn't look at you funny. It's minus ten, Loki." He looked at you furiously.
"Perhaps so, but I still don't see the reason of wearing this inferior thing." You raised an eyebrow looking at him.
"Oh? Then why did you wear a coat and scarf when you tried to lift Mjölnir?" He sighed.
"Only this once, (Y/N). To please you," he stated. You smiled, turning to your door and twisting the knob. You stepped out, almost immediately wrapping your arms around your bundled form. Loki places a hand on your shoulder, and you smile back at him.
"Uh... How about I let you take your walk while I make hot chocolate?" You asked, turning back towards the house. He placed both hands on your shoulders, gently turning you around to face the road again.
"How about you walk with me, darling?" He asked. You sighed, looking up at him. He had his puppy eyes, the crystal clear emerald orbs shining in the sunlight reflected off the snow.
"Uh, buh-buh-buh," you said, still not used to being close to the Mischief God, even if you were dating. He smiled, and you blushed furiously.
"I'll take that as a yes, darling," he stated, walking away from the house. You inhaled sharply, following. You looked at the sparkling flakes on the ground, cupping your hand and sliding it along the snow. You compacted the fistful of snow, smirking devilishly before throwing the ball at the back of Loki's head. It hit its target, and your eyes immediately widened as he turned to face you. You licked your lips at the sight of his fists clenched, knowing you had gotten yourself into something big. As you slowly backed away, Loki's hands unclenched and he formed a snowball with his magic, flinging it at you. You ducked, hearing the snowball whistle past.
"Oh, it. Is. On," you remarked, fisting some more snow. You flung it at him, and he retaliated. Soon after, it became a full-on snowball fight on the sidewalk, passerby crossing the street to get past.
After a while, though, it got to the point of where you were too cold to move your fingers, so Loki scooped you up in his arms bridal style. He brought you inside and set you on the couch, helping you peel off your jacket. You smiled at him, beginning to sit up. He set his hand on your shoulder, lying you back against the arm of the couch again.
"Love, stay here. I'll get you some hot chocolate. You've done enough by helping me find merriment earlier," he stated, placing a kiss on your forehead. You smiled at him, and he returned the gesture before walking to the kitchen to heat up some milk.
