Chapter 5

"Christopher! What the hell are you doing in here, with Grace!!!!!" Hunter yelled, as Grace, and Chris stopped kissing.

"You guys left so I took the advantage of haning out with my girlfriend for a little bit! Is that really a crime!?"

"In my house it is! Grace please leave. Thanks!" Hunter said as Grace ran out the door with her jacket.

I went into the kitchen, and into my room, and avoided the yelling conversation with Hunter, and Chris explaing why Hunter hates to see Chris making out with Grace everytime he comes home.

I closed and locked the door. I put on the new clothes that I just got from Target. Once i had finsihed getting my pants on I heard my phone buzz. I picked it up, and I had gotten a new text.

May: Girl, where have you been, you said that we were gonna meet up now. Hurry up, and get your ass over here. You promised!

Amy: I know I'm sorry I'll be there in ten.

May: You better be, and Daniel is here, but he has to leave, come on.

Amy: Well at least we'll get to hang out. Right?

May: For a little bit, I have to go in an hour to my moms modeling shoot. Wanna come? Yay! I know you want to so I already told my mom.

Amy: Uh.. :l okay then. Se you in a few. Bye!

May: Later!

I grabbed the green day jacket and went into the living room. I saw Hunter, and Chris arguing about why Grace can't ever come over. I was almost to the door when Hunter decided to speak up.

"Amy where are you going?"

"Um... my friend invited me somewhere ."

"Fine, go."

"Thanks!" I said as I ran outside. I had to run, I didn't have any other choice.

I got to the little courtyard where she was waiting a half hour later. She was waiting there.

"Hey, whats up May!' I said. Once she looked at me I knew that she was pissed.

"Where have you been. We only have ten minutes to hang out, and my moms fashion thing got cancled!" She wined.

Yeah, I was older than her by 5 months so she got to wine, but I can't,

"I'm sorry, I just got here late I had to run, and I didn't even know that we would have only ten minutes."

I would have said more but she stopped me.

"Wait, before you say anymore. Where have you been?! You haven't been at your house because you would have left the first chance you got."

I was shocked. I didn't know what to say. I was tempted to smack her, and run, but I couldn't do that to my best friend.

I told her the truth, yeah she might smack me and run but thats what I get for staying in the same house as him.

"I'mstayinginHunterHayeshousebutIdidn'twanttotellyoucauseIknewyouwouldbemadpleasedon'thurtme!"

"Your kiddin right, you staying with the hottest guy in school, and you didn't tell me. This is so awesome. Now I have to come over all the time,:

"No you can't. This has to stay a secret. I wans't even supposed to tell you, so you can't tell anyone else. Please!!!!"

"Fine, fine. But if the secret gets out its not my fault."

"Deal."

"So, we can plan my birthday while were here."

"OKay, what are you planning to do?"
