Heyo my Berries!
Merry Christmas to you all! I hope you have a wonderful time ❤️ My present to you lovely readers today is a Christmas Special!
Now I could go for the typical Christmas Ball approach, but that's not my style :P so enjoy my Nalu Christmas Special :)

"LUCYYYYYYYYY!" I hear that familiar pinkette's voice and turn around in my seat to see Natsu and Happy enter the guild. Levy grins and gets up saying, "I guess this is my cue to leave, have fun Lu-chan!" I give her a look of confusion and ask, "With what?" Mira walks past as Levy walks off and chuckles, "The magic of Christmas." She smiles widely as I shout loudly, "NANI!?" (What).
Natsu then slides over sitting across from me. He grins and my face starts to heat up as I ask embarrassedly what I seem to be asking too much today, "What?" He grins and hands over some paper which seems to have a hastily and badly written request on it. I can barely read it but manage to make out, "Retrieve a special plant from Mount Hakobe. Reward: Found out on collection." I look up and catch a glimpse of red dusting his cheeks, wait. Was Natsu just... Blushing?
Pfft, no, I really am going mad if I think Natsu was blushing, ha, silly...
"So, Luce?" I'm snapped out of my thoughts and feel my cheeks heat up again as I look up at him. I give him a confused look and he points at the request as he drawls, "Geez, Luce. What's up with ya? Let's go!" He jumps up and gives the request to Mira who grins devilishly as she nods her head, "Yep, this ones free." I stand back as she's starting to creep me out a bit, but as soon as the creepy grin was there; it was replaced with a sunny smile as she exclaimed, "Okay, off you go! Enjoy your quest!" She then shooed us on our way as Happy remarks, "Mira's acting weeeird. Well let's enjoy this quest." She sends him a glare and says, "Maybe you should stay behind on this quest, huh Happy?" before she walks back to the bar which makes Happy shiver in fear and say quietly, "Maybe I should stay home for this quest.." Natsu frowns at him and asks, "You sure?" Happy then smiles reassuringly and insists, "Yeah! I can hang out with Carla!!" He grins and speeds off inside the Guild hall then, almost like he'd gotten another idea to seduce Carla.
We watch him speed off before turning to each other and laughing, heading off to Mount Hakobe.
•At Mount Hakobe•
"Do we even know what this plant looks like!?" I ask, or more like shout over the roaring snow, it's almost like a blizzard and I'm freezing even in my coat and scarf. Natsu who is a couple of metres ahead turns to me, and to my horror says, "Actually..." He scratches the back of his head and I get the idea, shouting to him, "What the hell! You don't know! Shouldn't it have said on the request!? Great choosing!!" He continues to look innocent replying, "I didn't choose it, Mira did."
Oh Mavis. This is one of her tricks, her shipping tricks! I decide to take my anger out on Natsu and make a snowball, throwing it hard at the side of his face, shouting as it makes impact, "Baka!!" Natsu looks surprised at first, but then grins evilly as he makes his own snowball and throws it at my head. I growl but it soon turns into a laugh as we start slugging snowballs at each other. You know it's actually not that ba- eek, my neck!
My scarf floats off down the mountain, blown away by the strong wind. I yelp in surprise as my neck gets cold, Natsu looks at me in confusion and realises my situation before yelling through the wind, "We should find a cave or something!" I nod my head replying, "Good idea!" We then trudge off together searching for shelter which is surprisingly easy to find.
We make it into a pretty sheltered cave and sit right in the back, shivering with our backs against the wall.
"Ah. I'm so c-cold." I stutter out, pulling my legs closer. I'm surprised when Natsu pulls me closer to him grumbling, "We can't make a fire so..." I smile up to him, grateful as he is pretty warm, probably due to his Dragon Slayer Magic; and catch him blushing brightly.
Hehe, so he does blush. I close my eyes for a second soaking in his delicious warmth, and a minute later I feel his head rest on mine as we both start to drift to sleep, wrapped in each other's comfort.
I'm soon woken up by Natsu softly poking my cheek, I look up to him and see him pointing to a small green plant above, it looks like... Mistletoe! I look back up at him and he catches me in a kiss. I don't respond at first, shocked at our situation, but then I realize I like our situation, and kiss him back. Hehe, hopefully we can just stay in this moment, just for now.
