Tall green trees surrounded the young blonde couple trampling through the woods a breezy Friday afternoon. The skies were bright blue but the weather was cooling and inviting. Damp thick woods surrounded their journey to a campsite a few miles away for a get away weekend.

The taller blonde wore dark skinny blue jeans, a black tee and a green army colored bomber jacket. Paired with vintage style brown hiking boots that matched the shorter girl next to her wearing light jeans, a white blouse and a brown leather jacket. Karlie, the taller one had her hair down while Taylor, the shorter girl had her hair pulled back with a floral print bandana type headband with bangs still down her face.

Karlie and Taylor walked fairly silently through the path in the woods but that didn't stop Karlie from glancing over once and a while, smiling hugely at the girl accompanying her.

A bit further up the path Karlie stopped, lightly taking the younger girls hand. "Hey, wait." She said pulling Taylor back to her a bit. "Okay, look up." She added once Taylor was now in front of her. Still lacing fingers lightly Taylor starred into Karlie's eyes before looking up above them. The taller girl had brought them to a circular break in the tall trees where sunlight was shining through. The skies were crystal and wonderful.

Taylor smiled, lightly biting her lip as she gazed upon the view overhead before looking back to Karlie. Who had been staring at her intraday of the skies. Taylor unlocked their hands and gently ran her thin fingers along the straps of Karlie's backpack watching her soft lips. "I'm glad you found this place." Taylor mumbled before pulling Karlie in to close the distance.

Taylor's blue eyes were shining. Sunlight naturally illuminated her eyes more than normal, as Karlie kissed her back melting into all that Taylor was.

Taylor had Karlie at every part and every string. Ever since they first met almost two years ago, she felt electric and alive whenever Taylor came near her. The simple brush of a hand or look across a room made chills all over Karlie's body. Taylor was smart, ambitious, talented and kind. Her heart was full of love with a playful side and sarcastic demeanor. Karlie was wrapped around her finger.

As the shorter girl carefully deepened the kiss, Karlie got goosebumps. Her hands slowly moved up to Taylor's neck, her thumbs lightly tracing her jawline. One hand tracing smoothly down her neck and her fingers barley tracing Taylor's exposed collar bone. Just as they did Taylor broke the passionate kiss, giving Karlie a wink before taking her hand and leading back to their journey.

I'd let her take me anywhere.

A few miles down from that opening they came upon a wide river. Perched on the bank was a secluded small triangular shaped cabin. Taylor froze slightly, she was surprised.

The familiar pair of arms wrapped around Taylor's small waist and held her close. Karlie kissed her cheek, "surprise." She whispered against the shorter girl. "I thought we were pitching a tent?" Taylor asked with her eyes still illuminating. "Yeah, well. Don't act so disappointed." Karlie winked now taking the older girls hand and leading her inside.

Their cabin had a small front porch. It looked immensely small from the outside but Taylor let out a gasp of surprised when they walked inside. It was a studio type cabin but the bedroom was a loft above surrounded by tall triangular roofs and lighted but the equally tall Windows. Straight ahead of them was a small kitchen and to their left, a tiny living room. Old wooden floor and walls surrounded them with the smell of fresh pine and flowers. The river rushed outside their doors. "It's perfect." Taylor whispered.

"Don't even think about it Karlie." Taylor yelled playfully stern as she stood in the shallow part of the river watching Karlie slowly approach her from a deeper section. "If you throw me in I swear!" Taylor nervously yelled through small laughs as Karlie got closer and closer.
