Her boots were crunching in the freshly fallen snow, creating a trail of imprints with every step she took. Snow continuously falling, getting stuck in her dark blue hair and it slowly descended onto her shoulders.

She placed her palms out in front of her, facing the darkened sky. She had a small smile upon her lips as her gloves caught many unique snowflakes before melting soon after. The snow never ceased to surprise her.

As she was nearing her destination, it only seemed to get colder, but then again, it was late at night. Goosebumps were traveling all over her skin, mainly residing on her arms and bare legs.

She quickened her pace, needing to see him as soon as possible. She changed her mind, she was doing this no matter what, without any regrets. She thought that she could forget about it, but it's literally impossible now.

Once she got to the place, she forcefully pressed the doorbell, waiting patiently for him to answer. But alas, no one came to the door.

Dissapointed by this outcome, she sat on the steps leading up to house, not caring that all of the steps contained a thin sheet of snow layered on top of them. She buried her faced with her gloved hands, silently sobbing. She walked in the snow and negative degree weather for what? To ring a doorbell and have him not answer? She knew she should have--
