Chapter 3: Starbucks

Emily's POV

"Hey Ali. What are you going to do now that your first day of school is over now?" I asked Ali as we walked down the hall.

"I don't know Em." She told me.

Did she just call me Em? Omg, only my closest friends call me that.

"Em?" She asked as I was staring off into space replaying that moment over and over in my head.

"Yea!" I said extremely louder than I expected.

"Oh. Well, what are you doing after school?" Ali asked me.

"Going to Starbucks." I said.

"Oh, okay cool!" Ali said.

"Do you wanna come with me?" I asked.

"Yea, sure." Ali said.

"So what time should I pick you up?" I asked.

"Ummm...7:15." She said and blushed.

"Okay." I said and smiled.

Aria's POV

The whole time in Ezra- I mean Mr. Fitz's class, he looked at me as I was just reading my book. I was supposed to be paying attention, but I couldn't with Ezra staring at me the whole time.

Why am I thinking about this right now? School is over and I can go home and relax.

OMG, I have to go to Hollis this weekend so I can take my art classes. Now I have something to keep myself occupied with so I don't think about Ezra.

I mean I can't like Ezra even though I kissed him like once and the once went a little TOO far.

So I called Emily and Hanna to see where they were because I came here with them.

I called Emily and Hanna and they showed up in a matter of 10 seconds.

"Are you gals ready?" Hanna asked.

"Yep" Emily and I said in unison.

"Okay, then let's go. I'm hungry!" Hanna said being her usual self.

We got in the car. Hanna driving, Emily in the passenger seat, and me in the back because I'm the smallest.

In about 5 minutes we arrived at Emily's house.

"We're here Em. Get out." Hanna said and laughed.

"Bye guys." Emily said and got out.

"Bye!" Hanna and I yelled as Emily walked towards her door.

Emily's POV

I got out of the car and went inside of my house.

"Hey Emmy...how was your first day of school?" My mom asked.

"Good. Is it ok if I go out with my friend?" I ask.

"Yea sure. Who with?" She asked.

"A new girl at school. Her name is Alison." I exclaimed.

"Ooooo, is she pretty? Do you like her?" My mom asked?

"Ugghhh, MOM!" I yelled.

"Okay, I'm gonna let you go get ready to meet this special girl." She said as I was already making my way upstairs.

I got into my room and just sat on my bed. It's was only 5:36. I guess I could get ready.

I picked out a pocket tee and put that on. I didn't need to change anything else because we were just going to Starbucks.

After about an hour or something I went downstairs and told my mom I was leaving.

"Okay, bye Emmy. Have fun!" She said.

"Okay, bye." I said leaving my house and getting into my car.

Alison's POV

As soon as I got home, I changed my clothes, and just sat there on my bed for a while. Then I heard a horn and looked out of my window. It was Emily.

I got my stuff, and went downstairs.

"I'm leaving now mom." I said.

"Okay honey, bye." She said.

I left out of the house and got into Emily's car.

"Hey Ali." Emily said.

"Hey Em." I said.

"Are you ready?" Em asked.

"Ready when you are." I said.

She nodded her head and we drove off.

After about 10 minutes, we got to Starbucks. We got out of the car and I thought to myself, "This is going to be a good night."
