Chapter 12: Hospital Cont.

Emily's POV

"Hanna is in a coma..." The doctor said.

"Omg" I said through sobs. "Do you know when she will wake up?"

"No, I do not. It could be days, weeks, months, even years. There's so telling when she will wake up" The doctor stated.

I couldn't believe this at all. I was in shock. Who would do something like this. Why would they do something like this. I was confused.

Alison's POV

"Emily!" I yelled because she was on a different planet. "EMILY FIELDS" I yelled even louder than before.

"Huh, what?" She said surprised.

"I was calling you and you didn't answer. The doctor has something to tell you."

"What is it?"

"Ummm...sorry but visiting hours are over and you're gonna have to come back tomorrow to see your friend."

"Oh okay...ummm can I call you to see if there's any updates on her?" Emily said.

"Yes, you sure can." He said.

"Okay. So we'll see you tomorrow?"

"Yes you will" He said and smiled.

"Goodnight Dr. Rollins" I said.

"Goodnight ladies" He said and walked away.

We just got back to Emily's house because it was late and I didn't have a key to get in my house, so I decided to crash at my girlfriends house.

"Alright Ali, I'm gonna go up stairs and get some sleep because I'm very tired and stressed out from all of this and we also have school."

"Okay, I'm coming too. We can also see where Spencer and Aria have been all these days"

"Yea...where have they been?" Emily said as we walked up the stairs.

"I don't know either, so why are you asking me?" I said in a joking manner.

"That's it Di'laurentis, you asked for it." Emily said and picked me up and threw me over her shoulder and ran to her room.

"Put me down Emily!" I said laughing.

"Okay, but what are the magic words?"

"Ummm...mermaid?"

"Nope." She said shaking her head. "I'll give you a hint. 3 words."

"Ummm...down please Em?"

"Nope"

"I love you?" I questioned.

She put me down on the bed and said "I love you too." She smiled and I blushed.

"Here take these pj's and get some sleep Ali." She said and handed me her sharks sweatshirt and some shorts.

"Thanks Em." I stood off the bed and changed into the pj's and Emily did the same. We laid down and got comfortable.

Emily turned over and put her arms around me. I felt so safe. I snuggled into her and laid my head on her chest.

"I really do love you Emily." I whispered in her ear.

"I love you more than words can describe and I'm so incredibly lucky to have you Alison." She said and kissed my forehead. A tear rolled down my face and I smiled to myself.

"Goodnight Emmy." I said.

"Goodnight Ali." Emily said

Emily fell asleep before me. I could tell because her breathing was steady. I thought 'How did I get so lucky?' I soon fell asleep after in the arms of my Emily.
