Awww thanks for all the support. I hope this makes up for the crappy, filler chapter yesterday.

After the incident with the trolls that caused Elsa's sister to forget about her powers, Toshiro watched the carefree blond morph into a shivering bundle.

He sighed in exasperation, "You can't hide in here forever."

Elsa locked the door from the inside of her room and glared at him. "Of course I can! I don't want to hurt anyone else!"

His teal eyes flashed. "Even if it means making yourself miserable?"

Elsa threw her arms. "You don't understand how it feels! The loneliness! The fear! You're perfect and you don't care about others, so you probably never felt this way!"

In an instant he moved, and she was looking up into his face. His expression was calm, but she could see Toshiro's rage swelling up. "I dare you to say that again."

Toshiro didn't want to explode at the younger, but this was getting on his last nerves. He didn't know someone could annoy him as much as Matsumoto did. "I've gone through the same exact thing you did. I almost killed my grandmother because of it. Now, I dare you to repeat what you just said."

Elsa couldn't stop her lower lip from trembling. "Then... what do I do?"

Toshiro backed down, running a hand through his hair in an effort to calm himself. "You were the one who asked me to train you. I suggest you to think about this for a second. When you were playing with Anna, did you feel yourself loose control of your powers?"

"Um... Well... No..."

"And why do you think that is?"

The silence of a confused child ensued.

"You were fine when you met me. You were gentle with your sister. You had perfect control until you made a mistake."

"Bu-but then why?" She gestured wildly around her, where a frozen storm floated in suspense. "Why can't I do anything about it now?"

Toshiro raised an eyebrow at her. "You tell me. You don't have the advantage of learning it over years while you do intensive training in a secluded place specially formed for unique people."

"I-I don't know-"

"Then you'll figure it out eventually," Toshiro interrupted. "Until then-"

"Wait! Why can't you just tell me?"

He cast her a sharp look. "If I did that, there wouldn't be any meaning behind it. You won't understand unless you experience it yourself."

As he was explaining, he perched himself cross-legged on her bed. He motioned for her to join him. Elsa climbed up and sat in the same position, gazing at Toshiro with curious eyes.

"I'm going to teach you how to meditate."

"Medi-medi-tate?" She sounded out the unfamiliar word.

"Yes. Meditating helps focus your mind. Although you don't have a Zanpakuto and you aren't training to be a Shinigami, meditating should help you find peace in spirit in order to help restrain your powers."

Elsa made a face, her childish mind unable to keep up with his mature way of describing things.

Seeing this, Toshiro translated, "It's going to hopefully help you control your powers while you figure out what I said."

Elsa brightened. "Oh! How do you do it?"

"Close your eyes and relax. Focus on your breathing. Make sure to clear your mind. If you do it correctly, it can aid you in overcoming stress and to find inner balance. Try to forget about your negative emotions. If your thoughts start to wander, just think about breathing."

...

"This is boring. So meditating is basically sitting here and breathing? How is that supposed to help?"

Toshiro sighed, keeping his eyes closed. He shouldn't have expected Elsa to understand.
