TFP Fanfiction-- Hello

Silent Danger

   Akirah has been sitting all day by herself with the medic at the base like always. The Autobots were out scouting for energon and battling Decepticons if there were any like always. It's been another month, and everything became a like boring old routine for the femme. She was not allowed to go anywhere but walk around the base, that made her miss being free. Sometimes, she felt like she's a prisoner who's allowed to roam free in the base, but after she was able to walk again, not fast nor properly, she was grateful.

"How are you feeling, dear?" Ratchet asked. He had been asking her every time he looks at her. Of course, he was playing his role as a medic and a friend.

Akirah smiled. "I'm feeling fine. My legs were a little numb, but now they're perfectly fine. Thank you."

He eyed her. "I have a feeling that there are words in your mouth."

She sighed. "I got a little tired from staying inside the base, so I was wondering if I can take a small walk just outside the base. Maybe drive a little. I can feel my joints rusting."

"No." He shook his head. "You're still recovering, and it's not safe to go outside. You can take a walk inside the base."

"Please, I will be careful!" She closed her optics. "I just want to see what the world looks like. Can you please let me?"

Ratchet stood silent for a few minutes before he walked to the controls to open the ground bridge. "I'm sending you to a forest that is located near the base. This should be plenty for your first time."

Akirah smiled and hopped off the berth. She slowly walked to the green portal. "Thank you."

"Immediately contact me if anything went wrong!"

"I will~!"

Akirah stepped of the ground bridge with her optics wide at the beautiful scene that was before her. The whole place was filled with dark green trees, grass with colorful flowers everywhere. It was like living in a dream she never had. "Wow~"

The place was filled with different types of lives. The cool breeze of the night hit her armor as the wind played with the leaves on every tree, and singing it's soft lullaby. The moon was reflected on her armor as the moonlight provided light for her and the creatures to see; still, it was a little dark.

Akirah began to walk slowly, holding onto the trees for support when she felt she was about to fall. The wind seemed to whisper to her through the trees, "don't give up!"

She resumed to taking small, slow steps. Steps that used to be challenging at first. Slowly, she began to pick up her pace where she began to struggle once again. "It's okay, Aki. You will have to fall in order to get it right. It will just take a while~!" She said to herself, encouraging herself.

Usually, she would have Ratchet or Bumblebee by her side to catch her if she fell, but now she's alone; however, she doesn't mind, for she actually prefers to learn how to walk again on her own. There will come a time when none of them are by her side, and being here is a good practice.

"How does it look, child?" Ratchet asked her through the com.link

"Amazing~!"

"I meant is there anything out of the ordinary?"

"Hmm~ not that I can see. The only thing out of the ordinary is those creatures running away from me."

"That's normal. If there's anything, tell me." With that he closed the com.link, but he kept an optic on her through the monitors.

Akirah continued walking, wobbling but still good. She was amazed by the beauty around her that she didn't notice some-bot was slowly creeping up behind her.

"Akirah, I'm going to ground bridge you back to the base. I have picked up a faint signal, and I don't trust it."

Akirah looked around. "I see nothing." She walked a little bit further. Suddenly, everything colorful became black.

"Lord Megatron, we got her."

"What the-?" Ratchet's spark jumped when Akirah's singal suddenly turned off. "No!" He began to type endlessly, hoping that it was a computer glitch, but everything seemed to be fine.

"Akirah? Akriah, do you read me?" He tried to com.link her, but she didn't answer.

His spark began to beat rapidly. "What could have happened?" On thing came to his mind, Decepticons. "No~!" The faint energy signal was the Decepticons'.
