Lucy felt unease when Sting had yelled to Natsu through the window, thinking about what Levy had said. She smiled at Sting who was now by the door getting ready to leave. He pulled Lucy by her hip to him, placed his lips on hers gently kissing her, then let go and opened the door, leaving. Lucy smiled and waved good-bye then grabbed her jacket and walked down stairs to Natsu.

When she was down, she saw Natsu and Sting talking. She ran to both of them and smiled as if everything was okay.

"Alright, Natsu. Let's go." Natsu looked at Lucy, turned to Sting to glare then nodded and began walking away, past Sting.

Sting stood there, smirking then quickly kissed Lucy's cheek and walked the opposite direction of Natsu. Lucy stood there, blushing for a few seconds then ran to catch up to Natsu. Natsu stayed ahead, while Happy and Lucy followed behind him. She turned to Happy and began to whisper.

"What's wrong with Natsu?"

"He says he has a bad feeling about Sting," Happy answered, turning to face Lucy. "He thinks he's not right for you and that you need someone better," the blue cat continued.

Natsu was filled with anger and jealousy once again. He could hear mumbling from Lucy and Happy, but he didn't bother to turn around to ask. He was too deep into his thoughts once again. 'There he was again! I thought she was with Levy, but no, it was Sting! It's always Sting!' Natsu's anger kept rising, not paying attention to anything else except his thoughts. Suddenly he began to hear a voice in his head. It sounded faded, but each time it called his name, it got louder and louder.

"Natsu.... Natsu... Natsu.. Natsu. Nastu! Natsu!!"

Natsu jumped, startled "What!?" The voice in his head had been Lucy trying to get his attention.

"Natsu, what were you thinking about?"

"I uh.. nothing!"

She starred deep into his eyes then rolled her eyes, "Whatever then. Anyways. we're here."

Natsu looked around at the forest. A grin formed across his face as he yelled, "Alright! Let's go, Happy!" He gestured at the flying cat to follow him as he ran to his usual fishing spot and sat down taking out his fishing rod.

"Aye sir!" Happy had answered as he flew and sat down next to Natsu, swinging his fishing rod into the river.

Lucy watched as they both waited there to catch a fish, giggling slightly.

"Huh? Come on, Lucy! Aren't you gonna fish with us?" Natsu asked, his head facing her, but at the same time, paying  attention to his fishing rod.

Lucy smiled then nodded, "I'm going." She walked toward her best friends, sitting on the other side of Natsu. She threw her fishing rod into the river, all three of them waiting.

"That was tiring," Lucy said as she stood up and raised her arms up, stretching.

The three friends  had been fishing for hours, finishing right as it began to get dark outside.

"Look at all this fish!!" Happy yelled excitedly, wanting to eat the fish they had caught.

"Wait, Happy. Let's count how many we have. 1.. 2.. 3.." Natsu began to count how many fish they all had collected. Once done, he put them in Happy's bag. "We fished 12. That should be enough, right?"

Lucy looked at both of them and began to rush them. "Can we go now? It's getting  dark and I'm tired."

Both Happy and Natsu looked at Lucy, "Okay, okay. Let's go home. Come on, Happy."

Natsu, Lucy, and Happy stopped at Lucy's apartment. Lucy made dinner for the three of them. Afterward, Natsu and Happy went home. Lucy took a hot bath, got dressed, and settled in her bed. As she began to fall asleep, she heard her window open. She sat up from her bed and turned to look at her window.

"Hm.. I could've sworn I had closed it." Lucy found her window wide open. She closed it, lied back down on her bed turning away from the window and closed her eyes. The moonlight shined inside her apartment showing a shadow figure standing right next to her bed watching her.

Lucy felt like something was watching her. She opened her eyes and began to scream, but her mouth was then covered.

"Shh.." said the person in her room, "It's just me." Lucy recognized the voice. Her eyes widen a bit as she saw who it was. She put her hands on the person's hand and removed it from her mouth.

"Don't do that!" Lucy grabbed her pillow and smacked the person.

"Okay! I'm sorry, geez," Natsu said as he looked at Lucy.

"What are you doing here, anyways? And where's Happy?" Lucy asked, in an irritated tone of voice.

"He's back at home. I was going to bring him along, but I couldn't wake him up," Natsu lied remembering how he snuck out without waking up Happy.

"Natsu, what are you doing here in the middle of the night?"

"I.. uh. I just.. I just wanted to see you. That's all," Natsu said nervously as he scratched the back of his head.

"Couldn't you wait until tomorrow to see me? It's not like I'm leaving," Lucy began to explain crossing her arms and starring at him with a sharp eye.

Natsu mumbled looking down, then looked back up at Lucy. "Can't I just sleep here for the night? I won't bug you or anything, I promise!"

Lucy rolled her eyes, "Yeah, yeah. Whatever, just don't move around a lot, okay? Here." She threw a pillow at his face then stood up to get an extra blanket, "You can sleep on the floor." She handed the blanket to him then began to crawl back into bed, but was stopped by Natsu who had grabbed her arm.

"Thanks, Luce," he said, Lucy still facing her bed, not turning around. "Yeah, whatever. Just let me go to bed. I'm tired."

Natsu nodded, knowing Lucy didn't see. "One more thing."

"What is it, now?" Lucy was more annoyed as her lack of sleep began to get to her.

Natsu tightened his grip on Lucy's arm a bit then he pulled her forcing her to turn around and lean on his chest. Natsu looked down at her, leaned in close tilting his head slightly and gently placed his lips on hers, but pushing them up against her lips hard to deepen the kiss. Lucy's eyes widen as her faced turned a dark shade of red.  Her heart raced, her mind trying to process what's happening. Lucy let herself be swept away by his soft lips, her eyes closing as she enjoyed the kiss.
