Olivia's POV
Ben and I spilt ways, trying to hurry in search for my sister. The ship was very large and of course he could be anywhere with my sister. I quickly searched the cabins on the top levels of the ship while Ben checked the bottom levels, including the vast engine room.
We both had our walkies turned to a different channel where we could communicate without the enemy knowing.
I placed the walkie close to my mouth and hit the button on the side. "Have you found anything yet?"
The static fed through until Ben's voice came on. "Not yet." He stated. "I have not even heard anything since I left the second level where everyone is being held hostage. You would think they would be looking for us."
He was right, it was strange that nobody had been looking for us. If Elijah had really wanted me that bad, this was the best opportunity to capture me and kill me. I would not put up a fight if it was to save my sister.
As I finished searching, I walked door to the front deck of the ship. It was dark outside and all you could see was the moon shinning down upon the ocean, I knew my sister would enjoy standing out here and stare at the pitch black sea.
I continued to stare, not evening hearing footsteps behind until a voice shouted out from behind me.
"Agent Frostbyte!" A male voice shouted.
I turned around slowly to see who yelled my name, at least ten men had guns aimed at me. I lifted my hands slowly, with my handgun still firmly grasped in my right hand. I looked straight ahead to see the man I saw earlier in the hallway by the mess hall, short brown military cut hair with sinister look to his face. He was very big and muscular, with black clothing on. He stood in front of the men who guns aimed at her, his arms to the side looking straight at her with his menacing green eyes. This must be Elijah Erikson.
"Elijah correct?" I asked.
"Yes that is my name." He spoke with his thick German accent. "And you must Olivia Stone, oh wait I already knew that. You destroyed and killed much of my organization."
"Shame is that I do not remember you." I sneered. "You must have just come into the leadership position because I knew the last leader named Levi Goshen very well, he must be enjoying his prison cell."
Elijah smiled sinisterly. "Must be." He stated as he stepped forward a few steps.
"Where is my sister?" I snapped.
Elijah looked over his shoulder as one of his men dragged girl toward him. Her arms were bound behind her back and duct tape covered her mouth, her blood soaked hair messy and tangled. The side of her face was bloodied to from the cut on top of her head, her head shot up as she laid her bright green eyes at me. It was my sister Kali.
"What the hell!" I screamed as I run toward her, however the man holding her placed a gun to the side of her head and cocked it. I stopped dead in my tracks.
"She is fine." Elijah said. "The cut from a previous injury started to bleed again. We tried patching her up but she would not let us touch her."
"Are you okay Kali?" I asked swiftly.
Kali nodded quickly, her eyes pleaded with me not to just save her but to not give myself up to Elijah. However, she did not understand that my hands were tied, this was the only way I could save her if mine and Ben's plan did not work. Suddenly a swift motion above had my eyes quickly look at the railing. A figure stood pointing a rifle, but it was to dark to see who it was. I quickly looked back to Kali, not bring attention to the figure, which I assumed was Ben, at the top.
I turned to Elijah. "So what now?" I sneered. "You have me here so let my sister go."
Elijah laughed. "Yes that was part of deal. I will let your sister go." He stated as he pulled out a gun, pointing it at me. Kali started to scream, but it was muffled by the tape.
"After I kill you of course." He stated. I stood there, staring at him as though I was not scared. Hell, I was scared but I did not want to frighten my sister.
"You think killing me will stop the CIA from destroying The Underground?" I asked. "Because if you think that, you are wrong. I am nothing to them, they will just replace me with someone who will do the same thing I have done. So go ahead and shoot me, your days are numbered as well."
"Goodbye Olivia." He stated.
"See you in Hell." I growled.
That was when a shot rang out. I fell to the hard surface of the deck, hands covering my head. I felt no pain or anything, I was perfectly okay.
I slowly took my hands off my head and pushed myself up. As I stood up, I looked around to see all the men stared wide eyed me, but it was almost as they were looking through me. I turned around and looked down to see Elijah Erikson laying there in a pool of his own blood. It was one shot to the head that killed him instantly, the look on his face was of peace and content. His eyes closed and the gun was five feet in front of his body.
I heard multiple clicks of guns, I knew this was the end. I and my baby were not going to live today, as much as I wanted to see that beautiful face rather it be a boy or a girl, I was never going to see it. Tears streamed down my face as I turned around to face my death, I was shocked to see that it was the multiple agents on the ship that had guns aimed at Elijah's men.
"Drop your weapons now!" One of the men shouted.
Elijah's men were out numbered, slowly they all laid their weapons on the deck and placed their hands on top of their head. They were finally defeated.
I rushed to my sister and quickly untied her hands, slowly taking off the tape. She quickly embraced me as she sobbed. I wrapped my arms around her and squeezed her tight, not wanting to let go of her.
"You're okay." I soothed her. "You are safe now."
She continued to sob for about five minutes then slowly stopped. I released her slightly to look at her head, she was going to need to stitches for her head. However, she was alive and okay.
"Olivia!" A voice called out. I looked over to see Ben running toward me.
"Ben!" I yelled as I rushed over to embrace him. "Thank God you are okay!"
"I know, I am glad you are okay." Ben said as he looked at me. "When I heard the gun shot, I quickly ran up here. I thought I would find you and Kali dead."
I looked at him confused. "You did not shoot Elijah?" I asked.
"No I did not." He stated. "I was unlocking the mess hall to get our men out of there. I did not hear from you about the location. I am guessing they took you by surprise."
"If you were not the one who shot Elijah, then who-" I stopped my sentence as I thought of a person. I quickly ran to one the agents holding a notepad.
I tapped his shoulder. "How many men are here?" I asked.
He looked at me confused. "I counted nine of them." He stated. "I counted twice actually, so there is nine of them. All of these men said there was only nine of them that came on board along with Elijah Erikson."
My eyes widened. I looked among the men and did not see Thomas anywhere.  Where was Thomas? Then suddenly it came to my mind, Thomas was the one who shot Elijah from the top level. But why did he shoot the man who apparently saved him when Ben and I didn't.
I turned around back to Ben and shook my head. "I cannot believe he is gone again." I stated.
"I cannot believe he actually shot and killed Elijah?" Ben asked.
"He knew he had to pick between him or this baby." I shrugged. "He thinks he will have a chance in this baby's life."
Ben nodded as he embraced me and Kali together, who swiftly walked to us. It was just us now. It was time to get out of this business and live a normal life. And let the ghosts be ghosts.
