“This is literally the best thing I have tasted in all my life… apart from malteasers.” We both turned around slowly, only to reveal Dan Howell himself eating a Macdonalds breakfast, not to mention he was wearing his llama hat!!! What was not to like.
I quickly glanced at Chloe who was practically drooling. She loved Dan so much!!! This is her dream come true.
“Take a picture, it will last longer” I whisper to her.
“If I do that you’ll judge me” she yelled/whispered back.
“Why would I judge you?” I’m not seeing where she is going with this.
“Because I will be kissing that picture every night before I go to bed and you know it!” I can’t help but believe what she’s saying. So instead I leave her to carry on staring at Dan while I finish my food. Then I have an idea.
“Hey Chloe I love your llama hat! Where did you get it from?” I said loudly, hoping Dan would hear. Chloe gave me a confused look, but then realised what I was doing.
“Oh I got it off the internet, its cool don’t ya think?” By now Dan was listening in on our conversation.
“Yeah it is. You know who has a hat like that,” I paused to look at Dan from the corner of my eye, and we said in unison,” Dan Howell”. Dan had a goofy smile plastered on his face, and that’s when Chloe turned around to look at Dan, giving a surprised look as if she didn’t know that he was there. I swear she could be an actress.
“OMG you’re Dan Howell. It’s nice to meet you” she said while shaking his hand, “I’m Chloe and this is my best friend Chantel.”
“Hi, nice to meet you too. It’s good to hear a British accent around here” this made Chloe blush. Me and Chloe moved to LA a couple of months ago from England. We always wanted to move to America, so when we both got jobs over here we decided to live together.
“Thanks. Wow I can’t believe I’m actually talking to you. I mean we watch your youtube videos all the time” Chloe replied. She and Dan were hitting it off pretty well, and they look cute together, I mean if they did get together.
I was starting to feel like a third wheel, and by the look Chloe was giving me, you know the ‘I got this you can leave now’ look, I decided to leave. I need to make up a lie though. “I’m sorry to interrupt you guys, but I have to uh… go to the… dentist! That’s right the dentist. You need a ride Chloe?” I could tell Dan wanted to stay with her, and she wanted to stay with him.
“You could always hang with me… I mean if you wanted to.” He went beetroot red, but soon let out a sigh of relief when Chloe nodded.
“Well it was nice meeting you Chantel” Dan said as he gave me a hug. God he smelt nice! Wait does that sound creepy? I don’t care, I’m hugging Dan Howell!
“Nice to meet you too. Promise to keep in touch yeah?”
“I promise. You better get going before you miss your appointment” god he’s impatient!
I gave Chloe a hug and headed for home. I was so bored, so I decided to watch the hunger games. I went and got changed into a hunger games top, jeans and a red hoodie, and went to get my Peeta blanket. If you’re gonna watch hunger games, you have to do it style right? But there was one thing missing…
“Popcorn!”
I raced to the kitchen only to find out we had run out. I put on my converse and ran across the street.
Then it happened.
