Chapter 32 Amsterdam

Jessica's POV

James has been here for over a week and I've had enough of his crap. He was so annoying and egotistical and I wanted to repeatedly punch him in the face. He has certainly changed a lot since we were kids and he has clearly overstayed his visit.

He's currently out on a date with Jasmine. I know, don't ask how they got together because I have no idea either. All I remember is that we were watching movies and stuff and they were cuddling for like the whole movie. I was just sitting there third wheeling while Rafa was giving the ''ugh I'm gonna be sick face'' even though she was cuddling with her 'friend' the entire time, yeah this dude likes Rafa and she likes him too but they're both just too chicken to admit it. Hah, big one coming from me, the person who can't even admit to a guy that she likes him and thinks that the best solution is to make him jealous in order to forget her stupid feelings. Anyway, Jasmine and James got together like that and honestly I'm happy for her because she's my best friend but at the same time really? Why did I even agree to have him stay here?

Martin and I haven't talked for a week, he hates my guts and I don't even have the guts to talk to him. How could I just kiss him on the cheek and go? Anyways I'm gonna tell James that he has to leave and I'm gonna be headed to Amsterdam tomorrow.

I got a manager and he already arranged what I'm gonna be doing. First I'm gonna sign with Spinnin' and Revealed, then I'm gonna officially release my song through the labels and I'm gonna start working on an album which was so exciting because there is gonna 15 tracks and 7 of those tracks are gonna be collabs so I get to meet so many of my idols which I'm really excited for so right now you could say I can't be bothered to think about Martin whatsoever.

Martin's POV

I haven't talked with her for an entire week and I'm dying on the inside, it's killing me to see her and not be able to say a word, not knowing how she would react, she's being so distant and she doesn't know how much it's hurting me. On the other hand that James guy has been nothing but a pain in my ass, but on the plus side his dating Jess's best friend. We're leaving tomorrow since my dad already finished his business here so we're going back to Amsterdam. I'm gonna miss Jessica and everyone so much.

*The next day

"It's been so fun having you guys here! I'm gonna miss you all so much. " Mrs. Anderson said tearing up a bit while hugging all of us.

"Thank you so much for having us and if you get the time please do visit us in Amsterdam" My dad said

"Yes and you guys make sure to come back here anytime" Rafa spoke

"Lauraaaaa I'm gonna miss you so much" Hannah said giving Laura a gigantic hug

"Me too Hanna" Laura said giving her a hug and crying a bit.

"Uhm Mrs. Andersson is Jessica here? " I asked, I haven't seen her and I really needed to say goodbye. I had no idea where the heck she was since she's always so distant.

"No I'm so sorry sweetheart she just left" Carla spoke and that broke my heart into pieces.

"Oh okay" I said sadly and we headed to the airport.

Jessica's POV

I had to leave really early this morning because I had an early flight. I only got a chance to say goodbye to my parents since they were the only ones awake at the time. Right now I'm on the plane headed to Amsterdam and we arrive in 6 hours so I decided to continue a remix I've been working on.

After 6 hours we finally landed and at the airport and my manager had a sign that had my name on it. I was so excited. First we went to the Spinnin' Records HQ and talked about my contract and I finally signed with them which was a dream come true.
Next, we headed to the REVEALED RECORDINGS HQ and I almost fainted, Hardwell, freaking Hardwell was standing right there. Get it together, get it together. He turned around and started talking.

"You must be Jessica, I'm Robbert" he said giving me a hug

"Than you so much for having me" I said when we pulled away. He took a look at me and said;

"Woah, you're even more beautiful in real life" I wanted to faint but I was really calm and cool about the whole situation.

"Thank you, and I must say your HQ is pretty sick " I said

"Wait till you see the studio, but first I want to sign you and then we can get down to business."

We discussed everything for like an hour and then I was signed.

"I would like to officially welcome you to the Revealed Family " he said pulling me into a big hug.

"Thank you so much " I said

"So have you met anyone at Spinnin'?"

"Nope, just Martin and Julian "

"Yes, I've heard. Well today we have Daan working in the studio and you can meet Jordy tomorrow, they're my best friends and now, so are you " he said happily

"Alright, I walked by and heard someone say my name and I just had to come in and whoa whoa whoa... Holy shit!! You're Jessica Andersson " Daan said walking

"Really where where!? Oh my gosh where is she!? " I asked jokingly

"Jess, this is Daan also known as Dannic , the dude I was telling you about " Robbert said introducing me

"Sup Romers? " I said, I already knew who he was. It was the Jordy guy who I haven't heard of before.

"Dude she knows me, dude this is so cool" Daan said acting like a fan girl "I seriously love your track and I'm beyond happy Robbert signed you. You're talented as hell." He continued

"Thank you, I'm glad you liked my track" I said happily

At that moment my stomach decided to go crazy.

"You, my friend need some Dutch cheese burgers, you haven't lived unless you've tried one " Robbert said with a laugh

"Oh cool. What's the difference between Dutch and American cheese burgers? " I asked

"The cheese child, the cheese!! It is thy holy sacred cheese of ze Netherlands " Robbert replied back in an extremely dramatic tone.

I just looked at him with a weird look and laughed

"You'll get used to him, let's go get you some food " Daan said with a laugh

We went and got som cheeseburgers and they were absolutely heavenly.

"Dude you were right, these cheese burgers are amazing! "

"I knew you'd like them, who wouldn't?? " He said with a triumphant smile

After that they gave me a tour of some of the best places and then I decided to go to the hotel I was staying at.

My room was absolutely stunning and I had gift bags from both record labels and it had headphones with the name Jessica on it , flashdrives, cd's, gift cards and lots of other stuff. I was beyond happy. I decided to take a shower and after that got dressed and ready to sleep.

I thought about Martin for a bit and my heart sunk, I didn't even get to say goodbye. I can't think about this, I got a long day ahead of me tomorrow.
