Gaara's Twin Sister Subaku no Mizuko

Okay so this was supposed to be Before the last chapter but I forgot to put it in! Sorry!

I would like to thank Chi Tsukiko for giving me a character idea-ish thingy :P alright enough talking here is a chapter for the new character!

Name: Kei Tsukiko
Gender: Female
Age: 13
Appearance: Kei has short length black hair, Electric blue eyes, Pale skin, and is slightly shorter than naruto. She wears a black sweater and covers her face with the hood, wears Shorts similar to sasuke's but are black, Ninja sandals, Has Bandages on her arms and legs.
Jutsu: She has Moon and Star Style, (Moon style: Blinding Eclipse- when this jutsu is used, it casts a genjutsu on the sun to make it look like its dark outside, the target is paralyzed, and is forced to look towards the Genjutsu. When they look at it, they see a eclipse forming, if they look at it too long, they end up blind. That depends on how long the user is planning to keep it up the jutsu.) (Star release- Twinkling Explosion- This jutsu is almost the same as the previous jutsu, they both use genjutsu. Again the genjutsu turns everything dark, except for the stary night. Stars start falling from the sky and go into the users hands. The target is distracted by the stars above and is unaware of the user throwing the stars. Once the stars hit the target, it explodes.) (Even though, its in a genjutsu, it still inflicts damage to the target outside the genjutsu.)
Extras: Has a Kekkei Genkai called "Tsukinome" also known as eyes of the moon.
(Kei can also use the regular jutsus, there are other things about her but for now that is all! :P)

Powers: she can control the sand like gaara, has a tattoo on her neck which has a hidden power that she doesn't know till later (the tattoo is shaped as a blue bird),forgot to mention she has the shakaku as well but he doesn't take over her like when he does it to gaara more like she just becomes blood thirsty at times       
Appearance:has blood red hair,teal green eyes with a hint of blue in them but barely,she wears a black short sleeve shirt with a dark red vest,black ninja shoes,and her headband is loosely (I think I spelled that wrong sorry if I did >.<) tied to her neck covering her tattoo
