Mizuko Goes to sleep somehow by taking certain types of pills for her to sleep. The Shukaku inside of her, let's her once and a while sleeps. Only for a small amount of time, I know my explanation sucks but hey. It's something. If you guys want,I can edit those parts, Which is one of my questions.
