I was alone
And the darkness said
"Hello"
He was and always will be
My very first love

I was alone and the darkness
Kissed my brow and said
"Hello"

When my friends threw parties
I wouldn't be invited to
He held me down and showed me
How to fake a smile

I was alone
And the darkness said
"Hello"

It has been seven years
Since I first
Let him in
And I've only let
"Him"
Graze my skin
