Ch.16 The symbol

Arabella and Scarlet were confused. But in Arabella's eyes everything went to a blur. 

She then saw her old village, all the kids were playing outside. Including Arabella and Scarlet. It was a bright sunny day But then O'khasis guard came in and invaded. Everyone was terrified. They hurried into shelter or away from the village. 

She saw what she had saw before. Her mom talking to Scarlet. Then the guards took Angela. Scarlet and Arabella ran. Zane then came in looking for them.

Then everything went down. All that was left of the village was ashes. She saw a meadow full of daises. And saw a heart made of fire with a scale like feature around it forming a heart.

Everything went back to normal. Arabella then realized Angela and Scarlet were next to her. Arabella looked at her right arm. It was the dragon like fire heart. She looked at Scarlets right arm and she had the same thing.

"Mom...Why do we both have this symbol?" Arabella asked curiously 

"That is the symbol...that makes both of you stronger together." Angela explained.

Arabella looked at the clock. It was 11:59 PM. "Mom! You have to leave soon! Can you please stay?!" Arabella asked wanting her to stay.

"Yea! Please?!" Scarlet asked begging with Arabella.

"I'm sorry girls, but, I have to meet you the day after tomorrow...ok?" Angela said with her soothing voice and icy blue eyes.

"Ok.." Arabella and Scarlet said at the same time.

Angela then floated into the clouds.

Arabella decided to go out and look for Aphmau. She walked around for a bit and finally saw her heading toward the plaza. She then realized Aphmau was holding something. Or rather someone. Arabella ran up to Aphmau and saw her holding a baby.

"Aphmau! When did you have a baby?" Arabella asked worried her ship had died.

"Oh! he was left at my doorstep. his name is Levin!" Aphmau replied.

"Oh! are you going to keep him?" Arabella asked relieved.

"Um.......Yes! Yes I am!' Aphmau replied a little hesitant.

"Are you sure? taking care of a baby is a big responsibility!" Arabella said.

"Well, Garroth said he would help me out with him! Garroth is the best! I bet he will make a great father for Levin! Well, Kind of father...heh" Aphmau said smiling and blushing only a little because she was trying so hard to hide it.

"Aww! That's sweet of Garroth!" Arabella replied happier than ever.

"Yea! Well I'll be heading to tell everyone! Bye!" Aphmau said walked to the plaza.

Arabella walked back home and talked Scarlets ear off about her ship sailing.
