Ally's POV
'So it's my turn to have a go with (Y/n)... I'll teach her leadership. It's something everyone in this world needs...' I heard someone knock on my door. "Enter." The door opened revealing it was (Y/n)."Yes?" I asked her, "Umm it's your turn to train me right?" (Y/n) asked, I nodded "Yes, did you eat breakfast?" I questioned, "Yeah, I did." She replied, "Very well then, let's go to the field."
(Y/n) POV
As we arrived at the field, I noticed there was a bunch of equipment on the floor. "So what will you be teaching me Ally?" I asked, "Leadership." She said bluntly, I rose an eyebrow. 'Leadership? Is that all?'"You must have leadership as one of your skills. Especially if you're an assassin." She explained, "Why is that?" I asked, "Because (Y/n), what if you're on a mission and the leader of the group is out of commission and you're qualified to be the new leader. What would you do? Or if you are chosen to be leader of a mission, and you can't or don't know how to give orders correctly? That's why you must know how to do this." She finished
"I'm not giving you any physical training just training you mentally." She added, "So basically, you're teaching me how to order people around?" I asked, she sighed "Yes, I guess."
"Alright first, you are going to order me to put each piece of equipment in its place." She commanded, "Can you give me an example?" I asked her, she nodded "Why not."
"(Y/n), I want you to put all the weights in the crates. The larger ones must surround the smaller ones. Then I want you to fold the mats and put all the mats in the boxes. After that take the punching bag and hang it on the steel pole. It has a little clip on it so it can be connected to the pole." She finished, I stared at her in amazement. 'Damn... How can she think of that from the top of her head.'
"Well? The orders aren't going to do themselves!" I gasp in surprise, "Right!" I said and darted to the weights. ' First, I have to grab the larger weights and put them in place. Then I have to put the small ones in place.' I put the big weights on the outer part of the crates and put the small ones inside.
'Then I have to fold the mats' I walked over to the mats and lifted a side of a mat. I folded it, I put it the box. I then repeated the process, after that I walked over to the punching bag. I huffed and started lifting the punching bag. I my hands started shaking a bit so I quickly hook it to the pole by its clip.
"All done!"
She smiled, "Good job, now you try. Give me some orders on how I should take out and set the equipment." I nodded, "Alright!"
I thought for a moment, "Um alright, I want you to... To take out all the weights.. Large ones out! Then take the small ones out. Then I want you to take the mats and unfold them then put them on the ground. Then I want you to unclip the punching bag." I finished, a small frown appeared on her face. 'Oh god! Did I say something wrong?'
"Alright, as you wish." She replied and went to work. She took the large weights out and just dropped them near the crate then did the same with the small ones. After that she unfolded the mats but didn't take them out. Lastly she just unclipped the punching bag just letting it fall to the ground.
'Crap! I screwed up!' I thought to myself, "Do you wanna know what's wrong with your orders?" She asked, I sighed "Yes please."
She rubbed her temples, "First of all, you never said where you wanted me to put the weights and how you wanted them to be arranged. Second, you only told me to unfold the mats. Then you just said to unclip the punching bag." She criticized, I gazed at the ground.
