Today was mine and Luke's first anniversary we have been dating for 1 month (A/N for the sake of the book go alone with it aha) so I had hid my ring in my purse as he won't go in there I got a text

I laughed at his silliness I decided to call Makayla yeah I got her number and we became good friends

Rose: hey Makayla I need to get a special dress it's mine and Luke's anniversary and I was wondering if you could come with me

Makayla: sure meet me at Starbucks

Rose: alright see you soon

I hung up and went to get dressed I got in my purple leopard print mullet skirt and I put a black singlet on and tucked it in I put my hair in a side plait and put on a simple grey beanie I chucked on some pink sparkly TOMS and grabbed my phone and purse and walked out the door locking it and shutting it behind me I walked to the train station and toke a train to Melbourne Central I walked over to Starbucks and saw Makayla sipping a drink with cream all on the top I walked over and sat down

Makayla: hey you you ready for shopping

Rose: hells yeah girlfriend lets go

We got up and walked around and found Ally and went over to the dresses bit there were so many pretty dresses OMG I looked at the ore formal dresses I grabbed a few then as I was trying on dresses I got to one it was a Chiffon one shoulder metal trim dress and it looked perfect for the occasion formal but not to formal fun but sophisticated and short it looked like it came above my knee ish I put it on and looked at myself and I loved how it looked on me I opened the curtain of the dressing room and Makayla was standing there mouth open and I looked at her

Makayla: it looks stunning on you wow it looks perfect for this event

I smiled and closed the curtain and changed back and paid for the dress and we walked over to a shoe shop I looked at the heels and got a black pair with hold spikes on the back and brought them then me and Makayla went for lunch we giggled and laughed and decided to go back home to get things ready and prepared

I smiled and replied ok and put my shopping bags down Makayla came back to mine to do my hair and makeup I thanked her so much I went for a shower and shaved and washed my hair and did all that than got into some loose clothes for the moment I dried my hair and me and Makayla hung out for a bit then it was 5 and we decided to get to it we did my makeup first she did a light bit of foundation and did a light ponk-ish eye shadow and black eyeliner pink-ish blush and did my mascara my lipstick was a piercing hot pink and then we did my hair. Makayla curled my hair and let it flow down my back it was 5:40pm so I put on my dress and got to the jewellery I put on a gold heart necklace and put in gold earrings in my first holes then in the second I put some black ones in then just for a bit of fun I put my rainbow lip ring in and I got my black sparkly clutch chucked my phone some money and my present for Luke in I just had to put my shoes on I was talking to Makayla and I checked the time it was 5:55pm so I put my shoes on and walked down the stairs my mum was on vacation visiting family and friends from Queensland and dad was home he was sitting at the table where we usually is either reading the paper eating or just playing on his phone I came down
