Chapter 6

“So, where to?”  Harry asked me asked we walked around the mall outlets.  He promised he would take me shopping for the cruise, and, well, I needed new clothes anyway.

“Uh, I think we’ve been enough places already,” I said.  There were 7 clothes bags in my hands filled with bathing suites, shirts, shorts, rompers, and much more.

“Alrighty,” Harry took three of the bags, “let’s go.”  We walked over to the car and put the bags in the back and drove home.  We arrived at the house and came to find the door already unlocked.

“Hmm…strange,” Harry observed.  We went in and put the bag in the bedroom.  “Want anything to eat?”

“We just ate five minutes ago!” I laughed out.

“Maybe I didn’t mean food.”  Harry cocked an eyebrow, trying to be as seductive as possible.  He walked over to me and embraced me in a tight hug.  I let out a giggle and put my hands on his chest.

“It’s okay, I’m full,” I replied.

“It’s been three years, we’ve barely done anything, Shawna,” Harry complained.

“Not right now.  Maybe you’ll get lucky on the cruise,” I added with a sing-songy tone, and slightly pushed him away, escaping from his grasp.

“Ah, ah, ah,” he sang.  “You can’t leave without a kiss.”

“Fine,” I said, leaning up and giving him a small peck.  Before I had the chance to pull away, he had a small grasp on the crossway between my jawline and neck, keeping me in with the kiss.  He started to make the kiss a little more serious, not like I was bothered by that.  He deepened the kiss and we moved together in sync, just before he put his tongue to my lips, and I allowed him in.  He tasted sweet; like a sugar coated cookie, very sweet.  We kept up the pace before I let go of the kiss and lay my head on his chest in a tight hug.  He rested the side of his head on the top of mine and moved his hands in circles on my back.

“I love you,” I said.

“I love you more,” he replied.

“That’s not possible,” I debated.

“Is too,” he laughed.  We both giggled a little bit and let go of the hug before Harry gave me a small kiss on the cheek.

“I’m showering,” I said, walking towards the bathroom.

“Can I join?” He asked with a chuckle.

“Absolutely, definitely not,” I replied, half-sternly.

“Fiiiiinnnee,” he whined back like a four year old.

I really wonder what he thinks he does.  It’s so adorable.
