Complecations and Huey's smile

JAZMINE'S POV

Ughh I wake up in Huey's bed with the worst headache. I find another aspirin and glass of water and take it. I get up and go to the bathroom. I look like freaking chewbaca. Mascara smudged around my eyes along with bags. Eyeshadow on my cheek and lipstick on my chin. I grab my feminine kit that I always leave over here and grab my makeup remover. I then wash my face with my cleansing brush and face wash. After that I take my oral kit out and begin to brush my teeth. I then brush my hair and put it in a messy bun. I exit the bathroom and head downstairs to find Huey making Pancakes and bacon. He sees me and smiles.

I was taken back because he rarely smiles but when he does it's the most beautiful thing. He only does it around me. "Good morning beautiful", he says. "Good morning", I say and hug him from behind. "How are you feeling?", he asks. "I had the worst headache but I feel better now". He stops cooking and turns around and wraps his arms around my waist. "what happened last night Jazmine?", he asks with his everyday scowl on his face. He was just smiling! 0 to 100 real quick. I close my eyes and try to remember. Oh yeah. "Me and the girls went out last night and while I was dancing a dude came behind me and threatened to rape me", I said looking up at him. His eyes widened and a look of anger and concern flooded across his face. "Did h-he, are you.?" "No no no baby I'm fine", I say. He relaxed. "Someone came and talked him away and he examined my arm cause the guy was holding it tight. His name is Jake he's really nice". "Well I need to meet Jake and thank him personally for keeping my babygirl safe when I couldn't", says Huey. I just smile. "What happened after that?", he asks. "Well I think it's pretty obvious I got drunk Huey", I say. "Yeah I can see that, let's eat", he says.

JAKE'S POV

Wow that Jazmine girl was just..wow. Her smile,her hair, her eyes..just wow. Her personality was so bright and amazing. I gotta see her again.

JENNY'S POV

Right now I'm at chipotle with Chase he's so nice. He asked me out and I couldn't say no.

"So what's going on in your life?", he asked taking a bite out of his burrito. "Nothing much. Cindy and her friends hate me I can't really find any friends of my own", I say. "Are you kidding me? You're amazing I can't imagine why anyone would hate you", he said. "Yeah you and me both". "Well you can hang out with me at school. That might get you some new friends", says Chase. "Really? Thanks!", I say. "No problem", he said.

I take a bite from my bowl and sip my sprite. "So Jenny, what's your favorite movie?", he asks. "Umm that's very hard to answer considering that I love almost every movie I watch. But, it would probably have to be 'If I Stay'. I know of all movies I pick that one but its so real to me", I say. "That movie was really good, that's a nice choice. But mine is Avatar with the blue people", he says. "Oh my god I love that movie!", I say. "Isn't it great?", he asks. "Yeah totally!", I say smiling. He just stares at me. "Is there something wrong?", I ask. "No, it's just you're so beautiful when you smile", says Chase. I blush and say "thank you". He simply nods and takes another bite of his burrito. Hmm...interesting😏.

TYLAR'S POV

"Hiro?", I ask. "Yes babe?", he says. "What did you do last night?". "I stayed home and chilled, why?", he asks. "Oh really? Cause Erika said she saw you at Caleb's house", I say. "Look babe it's not what you think", Hiro says. "Hiro what do you mean it's not what I think?! Caleb is the shadiest kid at school. Did you gamble?", I ask. "No, well kinda, yes I did", he says. "HIRO!! You know you have a gambling problem why would you do that?", I yelp. "Cause I needed some money and don't worry about aight I didn't loose nothing", he says. "It's not about that, you have a problem and if you continue to do it you could loose a lot. And I want you to be okay, just promise me-", "Fine I won't do it again, now will you back up off me damn", he yells. I stay silent with tears filling my eyes. I get up and walk to the door. "I was only trying to help", I say before exiting. "Tylar wait!", yells Hiro.

HUEY'S POV

I sit here and watch Jazmine sleep on my lap. She's so beautiful I look at her and smile. Only Jazmine. She's the only one that makes me smile, the only person that brings the slightest bit of joy to my life. I don't know where I would be without her.

I remember the day she asked me about sex on the hill. I don't know how I feel about that. I mean that's her virginity. I can't take that from her, not now at least it's too important. And it wouldn't feel right because I'm not a virgin. Plus there's too many things that could go wrong. She could get pregnant, there's diseases..not that I have one but still. I don't wanna take any chances. I just wanna be with her right now. We can do all that other stuff later.
