Walking through the near empty streets of Portland with my hands in my hair and my smile stretched from ear to ear, I probably looked like some crazy lunatic. Which, in hindsight, was pretty true. But I couldn't care less.

Looking up at the sky where drizzling raindrops fell on my face, I squeezed my eyes shut, slow giggles coming out of my mouth before whispering, "I just met Harry Styles."

Screaming, I probably did the most random dance that came to mind, jumping around in the rain like they would in the movies. Still, life isn't a movie. I probably had soaked my Doc Martins all the way through before lazily finding my way back to the cafe, taking in the nature-like surroundings of the city.

I stopped to take a deep breath and compose myself before wrapping my fingers around the coffee shop's door handle and pushing through the glass.

Trying to contain my excitement, I made my way over to a texting Mace, who was seated at one of the counter stools.

"Hey you," I greeted nervously, shifting my weight on my feet and taking my bottom lip between my teeth.

"Hi! How was your walk?" Mace said, getting off of the stool and stuffing his phone in his pocket.

"Good," I replied dreamily, thinking back to the encounter with the curly haired cutie.

"Oh no, I don't even wanna know right now," he confessed, putting his hands up. Noticing how I hazily followed behind him as he kissed Candice goodbye and started walking out the shop, he said, "Actually, yeah I do. Tell me on the way back to the apartment."

-

"You let him have a conversation with you? Are you crazy?!" Mace scolded as he pushed past his apartment door, me trailing shortly behind him.

"Of course I did, why wouldn't I?" I asked in confusion.

"He could've been a serial killer! What if he kidnapped you!" he said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"A-are you kidding me?" I stuttered, laughing louder and louder as time went by. "Oh my god, you can't be serious right now."

"Wha- of course I am! It's not like you've known this guy for years, even if he is a media trained pop star," he said, sighing for dramatic effect.

"You'd be surprised at what I know about that boy.." I said with a smile and a giggle, lying down on his couch with a hand on my forehead.

"Okay, now I don't wanna hear it," he replied as he fake gagged. "Ah crap, I forgot to get groceries. You wanna come help a brother out?"

"Eh, I'm pretty tired, I'll just stay here and rest," I lied, closing my eyes. What could Harry be up to right now?

"Okay, your loss," he snorted, snatching his keys and heading out the door. His voice trailed off as he called out, "Text me if you need anything!"

I shot up immediately, getting my phone and searching up 'Harry Styles'.

"Harry Styles visits the Beaver State after a marvelous Miami trip," I read out loud. The article had the same thoughts as I did; Why the hell was an worldwide superstar in Portland, Oregon?

Suddenly, a knock on the door made me jump, and I hesitantly got up. There was no way Mace finished shopping this quickly.

Picking up a random brush(like it'd actually help me) I inched my way closer to the entrance. As I cautiously opened the door, I couldn't believe who was standing in front me. Sighing out in relief, I eased my defensive stance and tried to look less stupid than I already did.

"Harry?"
