I landed at 1:45 and found the campus at 2 roughly. Demi already there, Andrew obviously there. Lucas not there yet. And then Percy was in there. Looking ready to choke one of them.

I'm surprised I haven't done that already. To be honest. And a minute after me, Nico walked in. And not long after him, Lucas.

I was there the day Percy and Nico told each other they liked the other. Never heard what happened after. They're in the same college. So pray they get along. Because if not, somebody is going to die today.

I don't know Demi. I've seen photos and stuff. Her and Lucas have been dating since like 10th grade. But she didn't go to our school and she lived out of the city. They met at a convention or something. Their families know each other. They've been dating for four years. Lucas wants to propose. But first for us to meet her. They got into the same college so what better way, right? They need help at Camp Jupiter anyways. I told them I'll be there next week.

We all headed to Sammy's Pizza and got a huge booth and we were introduced to Demi and for those who didn't know him, Nico was introduced. And I give Percy a look like what's going on with you two? And he gave me a look telling me he'd tell me later.

Well, thinking my brother couldn't talk, that was backed up by Nico introducing himself.

And then ordering.

I thought Andrew was joking when he told Percy to order the pizzas.

I've never heard my brother speak. Neither has Lucas. The four of us were best friends in 7th grade. But Percy got expelled so.

He spoke.

I got upset. I was looking at him.

"You could talk the whole time?" I questioned.

"No." Percy corrected me. "Before you get pissed, no. I actually couldn't. Apollo last year, Will's dad, for my birthday I woke up and I was able to talk again. But I had no way to tell you. So hey. This is what my voice sounds like."

The pizza was good as we all talked and just whatever for like the next half hour or so until we decided to go to the mall.

They have a thing there. And only so many people can go at once. A sampler thing. So Percy and myself offered to sit out the first time around. Two people have to sit out. But he seemed pretty happy. I'm guessing Nico and him are still together, but I don't want to assume anything.

"So what's the whole thing between you and Nico?" I asked as they started the thing up. "I mean, he obviously doesn't hate you. Otherwise somebody would probably already be dead but."

"Oh yeah." He said, recalling what happened at Sammy's. "We're together. We have been for the last two years. I think you were there that day. That or the day before you got to camp. It was those days you were there before my birthday."

"Shit, that's tomorrow." I remembered. "Thank gods I'm here for a week. But two years. I'm assuming people know."

"Oh gods yeah." My older brother told me. "Everybody knee within like 2 months or so. 2 or 3 months. Aside Leo. He just never heard or figured it out until like a year ago. But Demi and Lucas are together, right?"

"Yeah." I confirmed. "They have been for like 4 years. Ever since the first war. Not long before. That summer. But yeah. He wants to propose but since we didn't personally know her he wanted us to meet her so. I think he's getting a ring today while she goes into a store or something. Distract her somehow. Now we just gotta find somebody for Andrew. But two years my gods. Anniversary today or yesterday?"

"Yesterday." Percy confirmed. "We flew in yesterday, dropped our crap off, and went out for dinner."

"You want to know what you need to do." I tell my older brother. Totally ignoring anything he had on.

"What?"

"You need to buy a fucking ring with Lucas today while we drag them into Hot Topic or some shit and like propose because we're demigods and I'm surprised any of us lived to see 18."

Percy opened his mouth.

"Tyson." He told me.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"I don't have to."

"I will buy it for you." I tell my brother. "I don't care if you do it in three years, you are getting it today."

"Okay, that's just wasting money." Percy comments.

"No its not." I insisted.

"Yes it is." He told me. "For an engagement ring, yeah."

"And where do you possibly get that idea?"

Recently Leo sent me a letter asking if I could make a ring. It wasn't for him. He's not old enough. But he didn't have the right metals for it. He sent me the whole idea and I made it and shipped it to him. Whoever it was for, I had no idea.

"Tyson." Percy simply says. "Did Leo recently send you a letter or something? Something he couldn't quite make."

"Yeah..." I answer. "Did he tell you about that? Do you know who that was for?"

"I do know."

"Who?"

Percy takes something off his hand and shows it to me. A ring. I made two. One was pure gold on the inside, surrounded by silver, the other was titanium on the inside, surrounded by silver. And then etched in and whatnot. And he had the gold one.

"That was for me." Percy told me and I just holy hell. "Last night when we went out for dinner I proposed. And it's not that Leo didn't have the stuff. He did. But I needed a way to get it to you without Dad noticing it was actually from me. I drew all that out. Leo just signed all the stuff to mail it. He was happier than hell to. I bought him cookies in return."
