I walk down the hall that Scarlett always waits for me at but she wasn't there where is she

"Hey Jessica have you seen Scarlett"I asked as she walked into the hallway

"No she wasn't in any of our class neither was Matt"she said and I look at her with a worrid look

"You don't think that Matt hurt her or something do you"I said and she sighed "I hope not"she said

My phone rings and the name of an hospital shows up I answered it and she looks at me

Hospital office :hello is this Shawn Mendes?

Shawn:yes

H: well I would like to inform you that Scarlett Johansson Phillips is in the hospital and she is in severe conditions

S:...

"H:we called you because you were the first person on her emergency contacts and also the only one

S:thanks for telling me I'll be there as fast as possible

"Shawn what's wrong"Jessica asked as I hung up the phone with tears rolling down my face

"Scarlett is in the hospital I need to leave now"I said "I'm coming too"she said and we ran out of the school

We run into the hospital and the first thing I hear is crying and someone saying how it was their fault

I look up and see Matt he sees me and his mouth opens but anger filled me why was he here he hates her he bullies her he hurt her

"What are you doing here Matthew"Jessica says "I-I drove Scarlett here s-she"he couldn't finish he started sobbing before he could finish

This was new seeing Matthew Espinosa crying no no no sobbing because of a girl a girl that he bullies and hates unless he actually cares about her like I do

"Matthew Espinosa"a nurse says and he looks up "Scarlett says that she wants to speak with you"the lady says Scarlett must not know I'm here yet well when he comes back I'll go check on her

Matthews p.o.v
I walk to her room and she looks at me with a soft smile "hey matty"she says and I smile

"Hey scar"I say with tears still pouring out of my eyes "stop crying I'm ok"she says

"But if it wasn't for me you wouldn't be here"I say and she sighs

"And you wouldn't have told me somethings that you needed to get off of your chest"she mummbles

I look down and my face turns red she heard me she knows how I feel now is this bad

"I just don't think that we could be friends though Matthew you hurt me really bad and I forgave you but now I just can't do that again I'm sorry that I have to do this but it's just what needs to happen you can go back to bullying me and I'll go back to being quite and getting what I deserve"she says

"Y-you don't deserve t-this you never did I'm sorry"I say with tears filling my eyes

"I-I'm sorry I-I need to go"I say and get up then leave I run out her room crying my eyes out I've never cried over a girl never

"Matt dude what happened"Shawn says as I bumped into him "s-she hates me man!"I yell and his eyes widen

"Calm down Matthew"Jessica says but I couldn't how could I when the girl that I almost fell for broke my heart

"I'm going home"I say and leave I get into my car and turn up the music so loud that I couldn't hear myself think I need to get my mind off of her I'm not gonna let the girl bully keep me down

Matthew leaves and tears flood my eyes I really wanted him to stay but he hurts me and I can't take it anymore I can't lie the time I spent with him was great and I did develop small feelings for him but I will not forgive him again
