Glenn woke up early in the morning. Right next to him slept his beautiful wife Maggie. Glenn and Maggie aren't technically married. But the ring on Maggie's finger symbolizes their love for each other. Even if marriage didn't necessarily mean love. For them, it meant together.

Glenn and Maggie live in a world where the dead turns into the living. But in a rather nasty form. Both Glenn and Maggie like to believe they are married. It helps them realize that they have each other. To protect and cherish, to love, and to look out for each other.

Maggie and Glenn slept in the tower last night. They wanted to keep watch. The two of them didn't want to take the chance that the Governor would come back. It would be too risky.

Glenn still couldn't believe that Maggie was all his. She made all the grey in this colorless world, full of meaning, in his eyes. He decided to let her sleep in, he figured she needed it, with all she had done yesterday, protecting the prison.

Glenn got ready and took out his M4 Carbine, and loaded his weapon.

He left her a note, so she wouldn't get worried about his absence. He wrote that he went down to do their morning tasks.

Glenn went down to the fences outside the standing prison, and took a crowbar they use everyday to kill some of the walkers, to keep too many from making a cluster and taking down the fences. One by one he starting pulling the end of the crowbar in towards the soft part of their skulls.

It seemed to be at least 100 degrees outside so he decided not to do anything with the dead walkers for now.

He turned around and continued his job.

[An Hour Later]

Maggie got woken up by the noise of growling walkers. She quickly checked beside her to make sure Glenn is okay. She looked around and realized he wasn't there. She started to get all worried, but then she saw a note that clarified he was out clearing the fences from walkers.

Maggie went to the prison cell block and got something for them to eat. She could see the walkers. Glenn was too busy with the sound of the walkers growling and moaning he didn't realize his wife was there.

Maggie snuck up from behind him, and wrap her arms around his waist. Glenn immediately tensed up, not knowing who was behind him. Maggie turned him around by his arm and said," Don't worry, it's just me." Glenn immediately relaxed upon hearing who it was.

"Oh god, you scared the hell out of me," he replied. Maggie quickly apologized for scaring him. She kissed him, but the kiss immediately got heated.

The two continued until they got interrupted by Rick, "You two kids having fun?" he said, smirking. Which quickly turned into laughter, soon after.

Both of them quickly turned around, and Glenn decided to throw him a death glare, which stopped Rick's laughter almost immediately. Maggie was blushing but also laughing, trying to diffuse the situation.

"Come on Glenn, let's go eat," Maggie said quickly trying to release the tension from those two fools.

"I'll be right there," Glenn responds. Maggie could hear him whisper something into Rick's ear.

"Thanks a lot dude I almost could of got some," he unsuccessfully whispered.

"Really, that's sure sexy, there's like a hundred walkers behind you," Rick retorted.

"Excuse you, I can still hear you," Maggie quickly yelled back while smiling. Rick and Glenn burst into laughter. Soon after quieting down, the two followed Glenn's wife to eat.
