( Rick's POV )

We kept on running until we closed the gate. The walkers were surrounding Glenn. It looked like it was over with him. "It's done Rick, he can't be saved, I think they got him," Daryl turned to me and said.

"No, we have to go back," I yelled in frustration. I can't lose him. We already lost so much people.

"He's gone, Rick," Carol taps my shoulder and says. I start tearing up, and then realize we have to get out of there. We head back to the car and start heading back, in silence. 'What am I going to tell Maggie?' Thoughts fly through my head. He can't be gone. He just can't.

( Glenn's POV )

They probably thought I was dead. I have to get back. I can't be mad at them for leaving me. I would've thought I was dead too. I have to get back to Maggie. I have to get back. I scream in frustration.

'What can I do?' Come on Glenn, think. I'm going to do what I do best. Run and fight them off. I thought to open the sunroof of the car. Get on top of the car, and jump off the back and run. Not the front, not the right side or the left side of the car, but the back of the car. Since most of the walkers are in the front trying to get to me.

     Here goes nothing.

( Rick's POV )

We head back to the prison and Maggie opens the door for us with a smile. We all exit the car and she looks confused.

"Where is Glenn?" she softly says. Daryl nods his head.  And automatically Maggie falls to the floor. She starts crying, and crying. Her screams echo through my head like knives. She's been broken for a day already.

Hershel asked us what happened. We told him. And it got around the prison of what happened. Maggie haven't came out of the tower for a long time. She was depressed. Almost as if a part of her heart had been removed from her.  Well, a part of her heart had been removed from her. We all grieved our loss, for the day.

( Glenn's POV )

I got out. I can't believe I got out. It was around night time. So I decided not to go to the prison just yet, and kept safe in a cabin a few miles away from the ghost town. By the morning, I was up and running to the prison.

I was just half a mile away from the prison. And I can see the view. I can see everything that was going on. I was happy to be back. Well, not back, more like not dead.

I get to the prison and see Tyreese. He opens the door for me with a smile. The smile quickly fades. "I thought you were dead, we all thought you were dead," he says.

"Well, I'm here, safe and sound," I reply.

"Doesn't look like it," he says with a laugh. I look down and there is a bunch of blood all over my body.

"Well, glad to have you back,"  he tells me. I say thanks and ask him where is everyone. He told me they are all in the prison C-block.

He comes with me, I enter and everyone stands there shocked, ready to faint. I start talking to Rick and everyone and tell them what happened. They understood and apologized for leaving me behind.  But I would've too, I thought I was sure as dead as a walker.

"Maggie is in the watch tower crying, I think she can use some cheering up,"  he says with a smile. I smile back. I get to the watch tower.

And there's Maggie, my oh so beautiful Maggie.
