Twice (: 트와이스, stylized as TWICE) is a formed by through the 2015 reality show . Selected from a pool of sixteen JYP trainees, the group includes five members from Korea, three from Japan, and one from Taiwan. The group is composed of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. The name Twice was chosen because members will be able to "wow their fans once through their ears and twice through their eyes." They debuted on October 20, 2015, with the mini-album .
