I sat as still as stone going over what had just happened, I had finally did it! I had defeated my greatest enemy! April and the others looked at me with shocked but relived expressions and I smiled weakly but when I looked down, I saw that embedded in the side of my hip Raven's samurai knife was sticking out! I looked out at Leo and the others helplessly but then the whole world went black...

April

It happened so fast; an ambulance was called and sent to the city's hospital. I can remember seeing her being on the stretcher pale, cold and ice blue. I didn't hear from them until Tuesday when they told me I could go and see her. Just before I went in I pictured her sitting up in the bed rosy cheeked and smiling like she always did, but went I went in the room it seemed like death was waiting for her. She had her eyes closed and her cream blond hair was matted against the pillow stiff and straight, I walked over to her bed and held her limp hand, her skin was cold and pale blue like a corpse and I turned my head away trying to prevent the tears spilling down my cheeks.

I can feel someone holding my hand and my guess is that someone is April her hand is warm and soft, I try to open my eyes to look at her but they are so heavy I can barely blink I don't know whether I'm I alive or dead, but I just hope that she and the others are coping well without me, epically Leo...
