The Good Girl and The Bad Boy

Chapter 12- You're crazy!

"You're not actually gonna go, right?" Alex asks me as I grab my purse and keys.

"He deserves a rejection from me and not from my husband, K?" I give him a quick peck on the lips before leaving, but he pulls me back to him.

"Be careful, please. Don't let him... persuade you." He pleads.

"Ok, ok. I won't let him. Thanks for letting me go by the way." I smile and he gives me a longer kiss.

It doesn't take me long to drive to the park because it was fairly close to our apartment. I arrive and I don't see Wen yet so I sit on one of the benches.

"Hey." I jump surprised, "Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you." Wen sits across from me.

"Its ok." I adjust in my seat, nervously

"So, Carly, I really want to make this relationship work," He dives right in, "Well I mean friendship. If your husband just got to know me, he'd know I was a good guy. Don't you think I'm a good guy?" He asks me.

I didn't know how to answer this, yes he had nothing to do with everything that happened, but I know Alex doesn't want me 'associating' with him. "Wen, you are a good guy, b-"

"Exactly," He interrupts. "We deserve to be toge- friends! We deserve to be friends." He smile.

"Right." I drag, looking at him suspiciously.

"So you want this to work?" He looks into my eyes

"Wen its been six year an-

"I know, i know but-

"Let me finish," I interrupt and he gestures for me to continue, "Its been 6 years an you don't even know if I'm the same person. You don't even kn-

"Carly I do know you! We've been through so much don't tell me that douc-

"Goddamn it Wen!" I burst out. He jumps startled, "Yes we've have a past but it's been 6 fucking years. I know what you're really trying to do. You're trying to see if we have a chance to even be together and we don't, ok? I'm married and I'm pregnant there is no way for 'us' to happen. I am not leaving Alex. Him and I have a life together!" I let go of the breath I as holding.

Wen was shock by my outburst, it takes him a while to speak again, "He's gotten into your head! I love you Carly and I know you love me back!" He grabs me and I quickly get up.

"You're crazy! I do not love you!" I quickly go to my car and drive back home to Alex.

Oooohhh! What's going to happen with Wen?
