I sat in the tower looking down at my cousins. How long till the public knew? Knew about their mistake? I silently transformed myself into a Pegasus, my favorite of the ponies, and snuck out of the tower.
I slipped into the crowd and was slightly comforted by the milling of other ponies. Celestia walked out of the castle and the crowd silenced.
"Ponies of Equstria, the rumors are true. A princess has released an evil spirit on our land."
The crowd gasped. I looked in the back at a twelve-year-old Luna. She dipped her head and backed away. She knew what was coming. Celestia looked back at her sister, then at my tower, and back to Luna. I saw her sigh and lift her head, but her eyes stayed down.
"Our cousin, Princess Chrysalis of the Insecta Kingdom, released this evil." she declared.
Liar.
