I walked to school the next morning, wearing a hoodie, skinny jeans, and combat boots. Yep, I love my skinny jeans.

I hid my face with the hood of my jacket over my head. And my backpack slung over my shoulder with the front zipper unzipped. I was stopped by someone. What the fuck does this bitch want from me? I don't have your goddamn money. Oh, it's Karli. I smiled.

"Hi, Karli." I said. "Hi, Caitlin." She said. We exchanged looks, she slowed down so I could walk up and we could stand side by side. "So what's up?" I said, Karli looked at me like I was crazy. Oh dammit, I have my hood on, she can't see my face! I took my hood off and stared at her. "Just bored."

Looking helplessly desperate, I stopped looking at her with my puppy eyes and watched the sidewalk pass my feet and where I walked. "I like you.." I said, under my breath. "What?" Karli asked. I shook my head. "Nothing!" I said, smiling. Karli returned the smile. "Karli.." "Yes?" "Will you go out with me?" Holy crap! I was daydreaming. Whoo, thought it was real.

Karli seemed like she could read my mind, cause she looked at me and tilted her head. "What?" I asked, "Mmmmmmmm Nothing." Karli said, giggling. I was puzzled.

Wait, that little daydream of mine.. Am I lesbian?? No, I can't be. I just met this girl, I can't just fall in love like that.

We walked in the building and Karli, waiting patiently, stood there for me to go in first. "Thank you." I said, in my most mannerly way possible. She nodded and followed behind me.

Could she like me? Nah, barely any girls around here are lesbian.

I watched Karli catch up to me. "Hey, Uh, Caitlin, I must go to my locker. Maybe we can meet up after class, when you run into me again. Sound good?" I smiled, "suuuurrrreee. Let me just plan out the fall before I run into you, that's a plan." We both laughed. I waved and she waved goodbye.

Yep, I like her.
