Chapter 4

~CC's POV~

As I wake up all I can smell is apples and sweet perfume. I open my eyes and notice that my head is rested in the crook of Katie's neck and her arms are wrapped around my neck.

She smelt so amazing. Sweet and intoxicating. I didn't want to move but if I didn't and anyone came in to see this...well let's say I'm not too sure that Jake would be too happy.

I try to remove my self from her grip careful jot to wake her. I slide a pillow in my place. I stand up carefully and nod in approval. I could be a ninja or something !! I did that without trouble or noise and she still isn't awake.

I turn to walk away and trip over something and my face connects with the cold hard floor. Smooth Coma. Smooth.

I get up and check to see if Katie was disturbed by my little walking malfunction. She still looks sound asleep. Wow heavy sleeper much ?

All I wanted to do was crawl back into bed and hold her close but I know that that isn't an option. So I head down stairs to see Jinxx an Andy at the breakfast bar eating cereal.

"Morning" I say still kind of sleepy.

"Hello" Jinxx says in a pleasant manor. He is probably the most polite out of all of us.

"Hey man. What was that noise a minute ago ?" Andy asks.

"That would have been my face saying hello to the floor." I say rubbing my cheek.

They both chuckle quietly and shake their heads.

Just then Jake and Ashley walk in without a word an start to eat some cereal too. They're not really morning people.

After about another half an hour Katie comes down and sits on one of the stools looking like she doesn't really know what to do. So I go and get her a bowl and a spoon and nudge the cereal towards her. She gives me a grateful smile an digs in. Those eyes though. Damn.
