Chapter 17

Colton's Pov

Me and Ethan finally got to the prom we walked in and it was filled there must have been at least over 100 people here. How the fuck am I suppose to find her now. I turned my head and there standing was Elena Peterson the most beautiful girl ever. Everyone one turned there heads to Sammy and Elena. Then Elena turned her head we instantly made eye contact. She seemed a little surprised to see me then turned away and whispered something to Sammy. Sammy turned her head and looked at me but then looked to the side of me. Her and Ethan we just smiling at each other. I smiled and turned back to Elena she was smiling to. I really needed to talk to Elena but she disappeared prom ends at midnight and it's 10:30. so I have more than enough time. Then the principal came on the microphone. Oh my god nobody wants to hear what the fuck he has to say. So I'm about to walk out to see if she's outside when he says Elena Peterson will be performing a song tonight. Everyone started cheering cause everyone knows Elena is amazing at music. So I walked back in then she walked on stage. Then some dickheads behind me had the nerve to yell "Your so hot Elena." I turned around and gave them a death stare. "Sorry" they said then she laughed. "Thanks guys I wrote this song about someone and I worked really hard on it. It's called I hate you I love you and I hope you like it. Shr walked over to the piano and sat down she adjusted the microphone (I hate you I love you is actually by gnash featuring Olivia O'Brien and it's really good.) then she started.
She finished the song and I listened to every word. I know that it was about me it was beautiful. Everyone was cheering so loudly then she got up. "Thank you" she said then she got off stage quickly. I was looking where she was going and she was leaving the prom so i chased after her.
