Hey guys! It's me again! Above is Francisco Lachowski playing Jayden West. Oooo, wonder who that could be?
"Sky, wake up, it's 4:45. We need to be there at 6:00 or else we'll be late." Weston says softly, gently shaking me.
"Ugh, just five more minutes please. Then I'll wake up and get ready" I yawn, "Just 5 more minutes..."
I hear Weston sigh in defeat. The bed dipped as I felt his weight on the right side of my bed. "Come on, Star, Easton's waiting for you too."
I grinned into my pillow. Weston rarely called me that name. The last time he called me that was when he was twelve. I turned around to face him. "Fine, Bubby, but only if you make chicken and waffles for me." I proposed. Weston smirked, nodding his head and leaving my room to make breakfast.
I remember when I was a toddler, Weston often called me Star because he said that whenever I was happy, my eyes would twinkle nonstop. I remember that Weston was a popular boy in elementary school, and brought new friends every day after school. Some of them were even middle schoolers. He would always call his friends buddies, so I decided to call him Buddy too, but I couldn't pronounce the letter d at that time because of my missing teeth. So instead, it came out as 'Bubby'. However Weston was fond of it, and I stuck with it.
I went into my bathroom and changed into my outfit. I wore a short pink miniskirt and a white crop top that had 'Light up the world' written in skinny black letters. To top that off I wore white stilettos and a couple of bangles. I know that people are supposed to dress comfy for the airport, but mum always told me to dress and impress. I combed my hair and curled the ends of my hair. Before I left to follow the intoxicating smell of pancakes, I sprayed on some perfume.
I went downstairs struggling with my huge bag of clothes, eventually giving up and rolling it down our huge banister of stairs. "Finally!" I said, huffing. Weston came over holding a spatula and wearing a pink apron to see what all the commotion was about. He took one look at my outfit and shook his head. "No, you're not wearing that. Do you know how uncomfortable you will be in the airplane? We're in economy, not first class. Go change." Weston stated, giving me a pointed look.
I glared at my brother, but went upstairs to change into a more comfy outfit. Searching through all my clothes, I finally found a baggy sky blue sweater and white leggings. I wore a pair of Uggs and put my hair in a high ponytail. There, that's better.
Mom and dad had left early for work, so I left a note for them saying that we would follow their directions and wouldn't goof off to much. I devoured my breakfast in an instant, and gave Weston a huge bear hug. I need to steal his recipe one day.
After we headed out to the airport, went past security, and waited for our flight.
