Aaliyah POV

I am so glad summer started today, because I don't think I can take another day at my high school. I love peace and quiet, while they enjoy loudness.

This is why I'm sitting in my California King bed, alone, staring at the television. It's on one of the very many reality shows shot in Atlanta. Speaking of the city, that's where my mom ran off to when she left me at the age of 3. I'm not really tripping though. Just know if she come around I just might strangle her ass. My dad been raising me since I was little, and I can't thank him enough for being there for me. But ever girl needs a mom figure in their life.

See I never had that that's why I'm always doing what I see my dad do. I'm everything but gay though. My dad bring hoes through this house like he a pimp. I used to hate it but I got used to it. Long as the bitches don't get comfortable!

"Aye LiLi come down here a minute!" I heard my dad call. I hopped out of bed and walked down the long stair case. I. Hold hear different voices speaking as I got closer to him. I finally reached our all white living room where him and some boys sat. That's when I noticed what I had on. I was basically naked in my boy shorts and t shirt.

"Mane why the hell you come down with that on?" My daddy said angrily. The boys admired my long tanned legs. It's not like they're not always staring at me. This was nothing new.

I went and sat next to my dad. I felt utterly uncomfortable with all the eyes watching my very move.

I noticed one boy though.

He was rather cute. He had this beautiful brown skin with tattoos all over his arms. He had a nice short hair cut with dimples to go with. He was cute, but daddy wouldn't let me talk to his boys. He says they're not good for business and pleasure. Whatever that means.

"Wassup?" I asked so he could tell me why I'm down here and not in my warm bed.

"I need a big ass favor." He said with a serious face.

"What?" I said almost scared to ask. Last time I did a favor for my dad I almost got all us locked up.

"I need you to watch these young hustlers while I go to New York." He said chopping up coke on the glass table like it was a good day. I looked up at the boys who were all staring at me.

"You playing right?" I said. "It's like babysitting kids, and I do not have kids."

"No! I need you to do this cause they gone need somebody to pass they product out to them and pay them." He said. I guess I'm playing drug dealer!

"How long you gone be gone?" I asked while looking in each boy's face. They looked no more thrilled than me.

"About three months. But I believe you can survive on your own baby girl. I just need you to watch these fools." He said. I looked at the pretty boy and he just stared at me as if he been doing it the whole time. I quickly looked away and got up.

"And put on some more clothes!" I heard my dad yell. I just kept walking. This guy must be out his mind! He's going to be across the country while I'm holding it down while here!. I might as well become a drug dealer.

Ice POV

I trust Aaliyah. Who I don't trust is these perverted boys right here. They already watching her ass. I can only imagine what they gone do when I leave.

"Aaliyah is off limits." I said not even looking up at them.

"Ice , we aren't dogs." DJ laughing, causing the other guys to laugh.

"DJ, don't play with me I saw the way you were staring at her." I frowned. All laughing stopped.

"I won't harm her." He said serious. I nodded my head, trying to figure out if I believed him.

(Later on that Afternoon)

"LiLi I'm out." I hugged her and kissed her forehead.

"Bye daddy." She said kissing my cheek. Aaliyah is all I got, so I know I got to finish this mission and come back to her.

"We gone hold it down." DJ said.

"Yea just come back in one piece boss." My other soldier, Justin, said while laughing. I laughed a little at his attempt to be funny. I can feel them giving Aaliyah a hard time.
