"I've forgotten how it felt to be alone, you know alone? The kind of alone where you just stay up and browse through every app you have on your phone. The kind of alone where every thought turns into a past scenario where you where you were shut down and shitted on. You play the scenario over and over and each time envision what you could have or should have say as if the scenario can be redone, you know? Something like a simulation, where if you fuck up you could always restart ."

Keema was still in her feelings about the whole situation between her and Bri. Although the situation was ages old to everyone around her all the scars and open wounds thats the break up left her with still managed to somehow hurt as if they were fresh. That feeling when she told Bri
" whenever you done playing with these babies I'll be waiting "
And Bri just stabbed her...... Not physically but emotionally, figuratively with her words.
"No Key , I'm serious about Jaslyn now ". The hurt in Keema's eyes after opening that message was the feeling you got after watching Rue die in the Hunger Games but ten times worst. It was extremely unreal how somebody you've been fucking with for years could pick somebody that they barely knew over you. But life goes on correct ? Nah Barely. Keema contemplated suicide that night, but couldn't bring herself to it . Who'd look after her mother ? That thought alone sustained her and kept her alive another night.

Unfortunately school was the next week, which meant seeing Bri happy with Jaslyn every single day. Sharing the same gym period, Playing on the same volleyball team. Looking around during lunch only to accidentally stumble upon then being extra giddy with each other , doing all the shit they once did together.

The next few days flew past, it almost like time skipped, And it was Sunday afternoon already.
"What a way to start school" Keema thought to herself.
" Being a sad ass lonely sack , pfft how great Keema" the sarcasm just continued to flow.
Sunday was ending slowly it was an unproductive day filled with over thinking and Keema wondering why she was never good enough to be kept.

It was now Monday, being that Keema was a senior she didn't have to be in school until 11:00 a.m. , which means it was time to Wake and Bake.
Keema leaned off her bed and reached into her nightstand, she pulled out her Call Of Duty : Black Ops 3 game. Opened the case and their lied 2 dime bags full of Loud !
She went in her hallway to get lifted , she stared out the window at the dark blue sky as all the negative thoughts began to fade away.
