I had gone to school with a kid named Brian. He was a foreign exchange student I was assigned to show him around and stuff, that's how we bacame me best friends or more. I remember it like it was yesterday.

"Hey you must be the new kid, welcome to Evergreen High. I'll show you around." I said with a smile. "Thanks. Im Brian." He said as I looked up at him. "You nervous? Don't be." I said as the school bullies came up. "Aww lookie here. Y/n finally got a new boyfriend. But everyone knows what will happen. He will just use you like you old one did." He said as tears stung my eyes. "Hey back off. Just because something happened in the past doesn't mean it should affect you!" He said as the flicked him off and left. "Thanks." I said wiping away a stray tear. "It's all good." He said with a really hot smile. I blushed as I looked down. "Can I see your scedual?" I asked as he handed it to me. "Here." He said with a British accent. "Well looks like we have...all classes together." I said with all smile. He side hugged me but I flinched a little witch made him frown. "Im sorry, I just thought-" I stopped him. "It's ok, I'll tell you why later." I said as we walked into my first class. "Miss y/l/n! You are late." My professor said. "I was helping the new kid-" someone stopped me. "You where probably letting him do you like you always do." Some kid said as I walked right out the room. I stopped after hearing a yell. "Hey what did she ever do to you, huh? NOTHING. Now you can shut the FUCK up. Or your gonna regret it." Did Brian just stand up for me? I continued walking until I was pushed to a locker by the one who ruined my life. "What do you want Evan?" I said as I fell. He put his hand out. "Im sorry." He said as I looked away. "I trusted you." I said as I saw Brian out of the corner of my eye. "Hey leave her al- Evan?" He said as Evan looked at Brian and smiled the smile I wished to see when he did it to me. "It's been so long man!" Evan said as I took the time to get away but Evan's friends stopped me. "Your not going anywhere." Jonathan said as I turned around. I saw Brian talking with Evan and then they both turned to me. "Well, I see you made my best friend yours. I respect that. If he is your friend, I'm your friend." Evan said as I gave a fake smile. "Cool." I said as I put my hand out. Evan shaked it and we where friends.

4 years later

"Hey babe." Brian said as I turned and saw the whole crew there with him. "Aww. Thanks. I have a story." I said as they all sat down. "It was my birthday the day you came to our school." I said as all the guys gasped. "No way. Your birthday is on mine!" Evan said. "That's why I wanted to be friends! For my birthday." He said as we both hugged. Brian growled. "Chill Brian!" I said as I laughed. "You know, I love you all to death. But the one we should be thanking. Is Brian. He brought us all together." I said as they all agreed. "Well I have a gift for you too." Brian said as he got up and kissed me. "I love you." He said as he sat next to me. "I love you too." He said as we went on with talking all though the night.

My first kiss is always great.
