They all froze. Excluding Pomfrey she had work to do! "Well..." James said. "You see we were coming back from Hogsmeade and there was a noise and we couldn't ignore it...." Sirius said. "We found a baby in a box we and we couldn't just leave a baby there so we brought her back here..." Peter said. Professor McGonagall strode over and looked at the child. The child was surprisingly calm while the boys were near them. "What is the child's name?" McGonagall asked. "(y/n)" Remus said. McGonagall looked at the child again. A sad look crossed her face. "Can we keep her?" Peter asked breaking a long silence. "Well if you want to keep this child you will have to take care of her" McGonagall said. "Really?!" Sirius said looking like an excited puppy. "Now you boys must be careful with her and try to keep up with your work it is your last year and it is already halfway over I will give you some cloths for her these ones she is wearing will not do at all" McGonagall said and existed the hospital wing.
