Chapter two - Sleepover

"Okay where do you want me to put the camera?"

"just over there please" he pointed to the spot near me.

I did what I was told to do.

"promise me you wont make me laugh while im singing"

"maybe...." i gave him a wink.

Next thing I knew he already started singing.

I'm sleeping through the day

I'm trying not to fade

But every single night, I've just been lying awake

I was mesmerized by his voice. He sounded like an angel. I stared into his hazel eyes filled with passion and dedication. The words comes out softly out of his mouth, hitting every note perfectly.

The moment that we met, I didn't know it yet

That I was looking at a face I'll never forget

He then finished the song. I smiled and ran up to him, giving him a bear hug.

"what was that for?"

"oh that was perfect! so proud of you." I say loosening my tight grip on him.

"thanks means a lot." he blushed.

AUSTIN'S POV:

As soon as I finished the song, Stass gave me a big cheesy smile an ran towards me, giving me a bear hug.

Aha, what is she doing? I cant breathe

"What was that for?"

"oh that was perfect! so proud of you." She says loosening her grip from me.

"thanks means a lot." I blushed.

I walked over to my computer and started editing the video while stass was sitting on the edge of my bed playing on her phone.

*few minutes later*

"Hey wanna help me edit this with me?" I ask.

"Yea sure" she says hopping off the bed.

I patted my lap "come sit here."

She sat on my lap, my chin resting on her shoulder.

Man she's light

We eventually finished and uploaded the video 30 minutes later.

"Austin whats the time?"

I checked my phone "umm 7:30"

"Oh crap i have to go now bye!" She hopped off my lap and dash out of the door.

"Oh okay thanks again!" I yell as she exited out of the door.

I don't want her to leave! I love spending time with her.

"Austin dinners ready!" My mum shouted from downstairs.

"Okay hang on"

I quickly logged on twitter and tweeted " Hey mahomies just posted a new cover of on my mind by cody simpson. Go check it out and thanks to @stassy_smith for helping me film and edit it."

I quickly tweeted it then I ran downstairs.

*next day*

I decided to call chaz my best friend.

"Hey whats up?" She answered straight away.

"Wanna come over to my house tonight and have a sleep over?"

"Yea sure" she said excitedly.

I know she'd be jumping up and down with excitement.

" okay i'll call austin and alex too"

"Yup okay sounds good bye"

"See yah bye" then i ended the call.

The thought of having a sleepover with my best friends makes me happy. We haven't actually done one in a while so tonight would be a perfect day to have one.

I called alex next.

Took me about 5 calls until he answered.

Finally

"Stass why are you calling?! Im in the middle of practice"

"Oh oops sorry i'll call you back later" then i hang up.

And lastly i called austin.

"Heyy stass whats up?" He answered.

Thought i heard a girl in the background.

"Wanna have a sleepover at my house tonight?"

"Yup sure-" then he was interrupted by laugh in the background.

"Austin who's there?"

I was getting really curious.

"What uh- um n-nno one" he stuttered.

"Oh okay i'll see you tonight then bye."

He then instantly ended the call.

I didn't believe him. I know there was definitely someone with him.
