The bell rang, signaling the end of class. The few students in the "Greenhouse" packed up their stuff and left, all going in the same direction.

Helena POV

"Hey, Hazel, hold up." I said, just getting out of my chair.
"Oh, yeah?" I can hear her say, her face still in her backpack.
"Do you know where the lunch room is?" I asked, close to fumbling on my words.
"Oh yeah I was going to grab some foo-"
"Don't. You might die. Its honestly not food." I interuppted her, startling her.
"Oh! U-uh, then what should I do? I have to eat something." She said, a light blush growing on her freckled cheeks.
"Walk with me and I'll show ya." I said, grinning and holding my hand out, waiting for her to take it. She looked at my hand with a confused expression.
"Is this really necessary? I'm not a kid!" She said, making her blush flare up, almost covering her entire face.
"No, but I'll hold my hand out until you take it." I said, smirking. I could barely hold in my laughter as the fussy little girl took my hand in the most exasperated way I've ever seen.
"Can we just go? My stomach is eating itself." She said, sounding annoyed.
"Well fine, princess, follow my lead." I pulled her towards me and started to run. I could hear her gasping for air .She must have had breathing problems!
"Oh god, I'm so sorry, I didn't even think about that! Are you okay? Fuck, I'm so stupid!" I said, growing really worried. She simply reached in her backpack and took out her inhaler. She took two deep breaths. She seemed way better.
"No, its okay! Let's just walk, okay?" She said, almost like it hadn't happened.
"What? I could've never noticed! Then you could've been in real danger! I'm so fucking stupid for not realizing it..." I said, taking my hand from hers and slapping my forehead.
"But you did notice." She smiled.
Now it was my turn to blush. My face turned a bright rosy pink. She laughed like it was no tomorrow, and then her stomach gurgled. She stopped covering her stomach.
"Ah, I almost forgot about getting lunch. Cmon, let's go."
"But he lunch room is the other way I thought..." She said, puzzled.
"Yeah, it is. But I always leave so I can get real food. We all can actually! But, the strong ones can stomach it. Its terrifying. But the only thing relatively close to here is Luigi's Pizza. Wanna come?" I grinned wide, asking her pretty late if you ask me.
"Oh, sure. Is it good?" She asked, her voice dripping with curiosity.
"Only the best thing ever! Its like heaven. But pizza. Pizza heaven." I exclaimed, practically drooling at the thought of pizza.
"Haha! Okay, okay. Let's go!" She blasted one of those pretty smiles again. I jumped up and down, really excited that not only we'd get pizza, but someone other than Bella would come with me. I bet Bella was already there. She'd have her face stuffed by the time we get there. Either that or looking up shrek memes. She was the only person that would talk to me, let alone eat with me.
Giggling at the thought, I decided to start walking. We actually weren't that far, so that was good. We have an hour for lunch, which is perfect.

"Whoa, this pizza is good!" Hazel said, her mouth full of pizza.
"See, what'd I tell ya?" Helena said, her Bostonian accent dropping a little.
"You told her it was pizza heaven, didnt you?" Bella said, smiling a wide smile.
"Yeah, have I said that before?"
"Only everytime you meet someone you liked."
Helena blushed a hard red, shaking her head and hiding her face in her hands.
"Just shut up, okay?! Plus, I have boyfriend anyways." Helena smiled at the thought of him
"I'm just joking. Oh yeah, how's he doing? Aidan, right?" Bella questioned, sounding very muffles due to the pizza.
"Yep. That's him. The love of my life!" Helena brightened, sounding the happiest shes ever been.
"You always lighten up when you talk about him, don't you? Bella grinned, Hazel smiling wide.
"Haha, I guess I do," Helena smiled simply, looking down at her hands, pausing. "Shit. I'm glad you came on a half day." She deadpanned, looking at the clock hanging above the entrance.
"I did? What time is it?" Hazel inquired, obviously confused that they had a half day that day.
"3:00."
"What?! We spent four hours here?!" She gasped.
"Yep." Bella and Helena said in unison.
"Glad we packed up our stuff, aren't you?" Helena smirked.
"I'll get some to go boxes, okay? Then we can all go to my house, if you'd like." Helena said, hoping that they'd both be able to come, as she really enjoyed both of their company.
"Yeah, sure." They both complied. This would be a start to a great friendship.
