Ch.6

It was the next morning and I did not wanna get out of bed. "Oh come on what happened yesterday wasn't that bad Mo." Haley says jumping on my bed trying to get me out of it. I groaned. "Come on..Im pretty sure he forgot about it." Haley says but I didn't do anything. I then feel her get off the bed and then come back. "If you don't get up I'm dumping water on you." Haley says holding up a glass of water. My eyes widen and and immediately get up. I sighed as she started walking into the bathroom. I rolled my eyes and started getting dressed. We headed down into the lobby to go out for breakfast. "I hear they have a place in the hotel thats really good." Claire says to all of us. We all agreed and headed to the restaurant. We sat down and I was seated between Haley and Luke. "Not trying to freak you out or anything but hes here.." Haley says and I look up and see that him and his sister's table was right next to ours. My heart skipped a beat and I could tell I was turning pale. I gulped and looked back down at the menu. Trying to read the menu wasn't helping. I looked up again and I see that Lucky is looking at me. I freeze and we just stare at each other. He smiles at me and I awkwardly smile back. "Ooo he smiled at you.." Haley says making snap out of it. I just giggle and looked back over at him but when I do he wasn't there. I feel a tap on my shoulder and I looked over to see Lucky. I smile at him. "Hey can I talk to you for a moment?" He asks while everyone looks at us. "Uh Yeah..guys I will be right back." I say and get up then he leads me to the hallway to the bathroom. We stop in the hall way and my heart drops. I gulped. "Hey sorry I just wanted to talked to you." He says smiling. Aw he has buck teeth. I smile at this. "Look Im so sorry you had to witness that yesterday. I didn't know you wer-" He interrupts me. "Its no big deal." He chuckles and continues. "I just wanted to ask if you wanted to go out sometime..?" He asked scratching the back of his neck and awkwardly smiling. I choke on my spit. "Are you okay..?" He asked as I leaned over coughing and he put his hand on my back. After I was done embarrassing myself I straightened myself out. "Geez I am sorry..again." I apologize by putting my hands on my face from embarrassment. He chuckles and I feel his hands grab mine taking my hands away from my face. I gulped. "So? Will you go on a date with me?" He asked again. I smile. "Yes I will." I answered as he was still holding my hands. "Okay..great. Here is my mumber." He says handing me a piece of paper. I take it and put it in my pocket. "Oh and I didnt catch your name.." He says embarrassed. "Its Imogen but call me Mo." I say and he smiles. "Beautiful name..I'm Lucky." He introduces himself. "Nice to meet you.." I say. "Well I will pick you up at 7." He says then walks off. Once I get back to the table I see him and his siter leaving. Before he left he smiled and waved at me. I did the same back. "What was that all about?" My dad Mitchell asked a little shocked. I blushed like crazy. "He asked me out..!" I almost shouted. Everyone gasps and smiles. "Good for you Mija!" Gloria cheers. I am still shocked that after what happened yesterday that he asked me out.

I just stare into the camera smiling like crazy. I then scream.

It was later that day and Haley and Gloria were in my room helping me out with what to wear. "You should wear something sexy!" Gloria says handing me a red low cut dress. I sigh. "Look you guys I don't like dresses. Plus I don't like getting all dressed up. Can't I just wear a nice shirt and some pants..?" I asked them but they didn't listen. "Oo how about this one? I will let you barrow it." Haley says handing me a black dress. I hold the two dresses up and look in the mirror. "I will wear the black one.." I say seeing that is was less sluty. They both smile and I head in the bathroom to change.

Once I was done doing a LIGHT layer of makeup I looked at myself in the mirror. "You look so beautiful!" Gloria complemented. I smiled. "Thanks.." I say grabbing my flats and putting them on. "What are you doing..? You are ruining the whole look if you put on flats..here put on these." Haley says and hands me black heels. My eyes widen. "Wow..uh okay." I said taking them then putting them on.

I hear a knock on the door and my heart immediately starts racing. Gloria answered. "Why hello. Im Gloria you must be Clucky.." Gloria says shaking his hand. I giggle. "Uh its actually Lucky..and its nice to meet you Gloria. Are you Mo's mom?" Lucky asked. "Im like her mom..anyways if you hurt her in anyway you will be my dinner..?!" Gloria threatened but I just laughed quietly to myself. Lucky's face grew pale. "Uh I promise not to hurt Mo..in anyway." He says then gulps. I go over to him and he gives me a rose. I took it in awe. "Thanks.." I say shyly. We leave and head to the restaurant. Tonight was going be..

"Honestly I had no opinion or thoughts on tonight..." I say to the camera while crossing my legs. I gasped as I saw that the hotel had chocolate. I ran out of the camera frame to the chocolate. "Are you serious?! 23 bucks for some chocolate?!" I say as the camera points back at me. I think for a moment crossing my arms over my chest and looking at the chocolate. "Eh whatever Im not paying the bill." I say then grab it and rip it open.
