Chapter 2

Today after the girls got out of preschool, I met up with Carmeila and her daughter kiley and the park. "Jade and jada walk!" I told them as they went unto the play ground. Kiley saw them and all 3 ran off to the slides. I sat next to Carmeila. "What's up." She greeted me."hey, ooo it's hot at all!" I said fanning my self. "Hell yeah!" She agreed. "How you a Dj?" I asked her. "We are fine, he treats kiley like his own and we been good, which bringing me to ask you for a huge favor!" Carmeila eyes light up. "What is it?" I frowned up. "Well Dj has a friend who is single with no kids, and we feel bad when he 3rd wheel, so I was thinking what if I can invite you and we double date." She smiled. I smiled as well then quickly went to a straight face. "Hell no!" I replied. "Jazzy why not ?!" She whine. "I told you Cam, I'm not trying to be in another relationship , I'm too busy." I told her. "It's just 1 date jazz, and look if you ain't feeling it you are welcome to leave early." She gave me the puppy dog eyes and my heart gave in. "Ok ok ok when and what time?" I asked. "Friday night" she told me. "Sorry that's movie night with the girls.. We watching frozen , brave and tinker bell." I smiled. "Ugh you such a good mother ok, Saturday night." I smiled. "Ok"

👑Saturday 👑

Today I got the girls ready to go see Hakeem. I'm happy they get to see their grand parents since my parents passed away. The door bell ring and it was Hakeem, his father and mother. "Hey, welcome!" I smiled only because his parents are here. They sat down. "Wow jasmine I love the place." His mother said. "Thank you so much I worked hard for it." I replied. "Oh I didn't know sitting around waiting for a check every month from my son is hard work but I guess so when you dancing half naked for men." She smiled. It's time for this bitch to go. Hakeem and his dad shot her a "wtf" look. "With all do respect, you not going to disrespect me in my house , or you can go sit on the porch and to answer your question don't worry what I do with my money just know your granddaughters are being more than  taken care of." She didn't have shit else to say. I winked at her and called the girls down stairs. "We are coming mommy." Jada yelled out walking down stairs with jade behind her. "Look at my grand babies!" His mother  said opening her arms as the girls ran into her arms. "Daddy!" The girls squealed running to him as well. I smiled. "I'll be there around 10pm to picked them up." I told Hakeem. "Alright." He kissed my cheek and I frowned up. He smirked at me and I rolled my eyes.

After the girls left I went and took me a nice nap. I got up and cleaned the house. Around 7, i took a hot shower and did my hygiene. I did my make up and flat iron my virgin hair done straight. Since carmiela said we going to miniature golfing , go cart racing and to dinner, I wore a white fitted crop top, dark jeans with holes and some cute studded flats. I put on my false eyelashes and applied red lip stick. I grabbed my clutch and met up with them at the place.
I parked across from Carmeila and Dj. We all got out the car. "Damn girl you look good." Carmeila said looking at me up and down. I blushed. "Hey cam." I smiled giving her a hug. "What's Dj." I said giving him a hug as well. "where is your friend?!" Cam asked Dj. "There he go." We both looked up to see a Range Rover parking. I was shocked as hell when I realize it was the guy I seen at the gas station that one time. ZEUS! Is his name. I don't forget faces and damn sure not that body. When he saw me , I could tell he remembers me too. He walked up. "Zeus !" Dj said dapping him up. "What's up Carmeila." He hugged cam. "Hey beautiful." He said to me I tried not to blush. "Hey I'm Jasmine." I held my hand out. "Zeus" he replied shaking it. I gave him a smile. "Ok come on so I can woop Yal asses." Cam said breaking the lil silent moment. We went in and with to the golf course first. It was glowing in the dark which made it a lot cooler. When it was my turn I missed the hole. "Damn you can't make us lose." Zeus said to me. I chuckle. "I'm sorry." I replied. "Let me help you." Zeus stood behind me and placed his hands over mines. We swung the club together and the ball went in the hole. "Ayeeee" I twerked a little making them laugh.
After we went to race with the go carts and I won the first round, according to Zeus he allowed me to win. After we went to a restaurant and I drove there with Zeus I left my car back at cam place. In the car it was quiet. Zeus turn the music down. "So hubby know you out?" He asked glancing over at me.
"I don't have one." I quickly said with no emotion. He could tell he hit a nerve . "My fault." The rest of the ride was silent. When we got there we a got a table. We joked around and I caught Zeus looking at me a lot longer than he should have.
After, Zeus took me to my car and we hugged. I got out his truck and got into my car. I sped to Hakeem house in this gated community . I pulled up and got out. I knocked on the door and press the doorbell 10 times. The door swung open. "Can you have Manners?!" Sky spat. "Girl move!" I rolled my eyes and pushed passed her. "Don't be coming in my house  if I ain't invite you in!" I ignored her. I saw jade and jada and they start putting their shoes on. Hakeem appeared from the long hallway. I forgot I was all dressed up. He was staring. "I see you all dressed up." He spoke. "Yea I had a date tonight." I said with out no emotion. "Girls come on so we can get home it's bed time." I added on cause I really wanting to fight sky. They walk toward the door. "Are you and him serious?" He asked. "Night Hakeem!" I replied. "ion want them niggas around my girls!" He yelled as I slammed the door.
"Did y'all have fun?" I asked the girls. "Yesss." Then both replied. I got home and fed and bathe them and they were sleep . I got a text from cam saying Zeus wanted my number. I looked at it and turned over
