~Carmen~

I pushed my light blue raybans onto the top of my head as I awaited my luggage. I knew that I would be recognized in a matter of seconds but I was so tired from my flight that I didn't care. Last night I finished my last show of my second world tour in Melbourne Australia and then jumped onto a plane right away.

"Excuse me, are you Carmen Bradshaw?" A girl who looked to be in her early teens asked me.

"Yes I am and what's your name?" I ask sweetly, plastering a smile on my face. Don't get me wrong, I love my fans. They're the ones who have made it possible for me to be where I am today, but I'm exhausted and all I want to do is take a long, hot shower and go to sleep.

"Mia, I'm a huge fan, I went to your concert at Gillette Stadium and it was amazing!" She squeals. I let out a small laugh at her enthusiasm before replying.

"Awe thanks, I'm glad you had fun."

"Oh, before I forget!" She says, digging through her bag and pulling out a white envelope with my name scrawled on the front in fancy handwriting. "It's a letter I wrote about some stuff I've been going through and you're the only person I can really confide in." She says shyly, looking down at her feet.

"Thank you so much, I'm so honored that you want to share your life with me. I'll read it as soon as I get home!" I say, giving her a hug and taking a picture with her before grabbing my luggage off the carousel and walking out of the airport to the car that was waiting for me, paparazzi's cameras flashing away.

I greeted my driver and pulled my Iphone out of my purse, slipping my headphones into my ear and selecting some Ed Sheeran. I close my eyes, leaning my head back on my seat and I let the music lull me to sleep.

"Miss Bradshaw, we have arrived." My driver informs me about half an hour later, pulling me out of my light sleep. I thank him before exiting the car and walking up to the front door of my house and unlocking it before stepping inside. I walk up the stairs and into my bedroom, where I haven't been for almost a year. It's so nice to be back home I think to myself as I place my purse on the cream duvet and slip off my high heels.

I put my Iphone on shuffle and a Taylor Swift song starts playing. I sing along quietly while I pick out some pajamas. I finally decide on an oversized NYC sweatshirt and some dark gray sweatpants. I change quickly and remove my makeup before tying my hair up into a messy bun and exiting my room, grabbing my phone on the way out.
