Kelvin's p.o.v
I awoke to the sunlight rays streaming through the window heating the side of my face.I groaned rubbing my eyes and sat up relieved that we were back in our dorm.I frowned when I turned to look at May.She was sitting up her back against the wall as she had her head down her hair covering her face while she messed with her finger's.I groaned "May please tell me you didn't stay up all night".She slowly looked up and shook her head and I saw that her eyes were puffy and red from crying seeing her like that felt like a stab to the heart May wasn't the type to cry so seeing her like that just hurt.I stood up I just felt the need to give her a hug but before I could move she shot me a glare she knew me to well.
"Don't you fucking dare I don't need your sympathy shit I'm fine"
I growled "BRE'AGADO'IR THAT'S A FUCKING LIE AND YOU KNOW IT" I said walking over to her.
"YOU TOUCH ME I'M GOING TO PUNCH YOU IN THE FUCKING STOMACH".
I stopped as soon as she said that I grumbled rubbing my hair and sat back down on my bed.
"I hate when your like this" I said softly.she immediately looked at me with sorrow but shook her head "I'm going to go take a shower" she said quietly getting off her/Jay's bed.I frowned when she stood up putting weight on her leg now I wouldn't have a problem with this if it wasn't for the fact that she was putting weight on her broken leg.
"May"
She turned around with a confused look on her face "what"
"How the hell"
"What ar-
She stopped when I motioned to her broken leg.
"How the hell are you able to stand on your leg your broken leg if I may add that you broke just yesterday that you cried in pain whenever you put weight on it the leg that you can barely stand on now you're standing on it as if nothing happened".
She nodded "it stopped hurting this morning I was scared at first because it should have been hurting like hell especially when that thing she paused for a moment then shook her head "but I started to calm down and just forget about it".She thought for a moment "Since I can stand on it and the pain stopped hurting I bet it's healed completely.I scratched the back of my head "I didn't even think of that".May sat back down on her bed she was about to take off her leg brace but stopped when I grabbed her hand.She clenched her fists when she saw me taking her brace off she huffed.
"I'm not some-
"Yeah yeah I know your not some hopeless princess that can't do anything by herself but I just want to make sure you don't hurt yourself".
She sighed nodding her head I nodded back looking at her bandage it was stained with dried blood and dirt.I slowly began to unwrap her bandage my breath hitched up when I saw her leg.It was completely healed to the point where it looked like nothing had happened I ran my thumb down her leg and squeezed it a little looking up at May she didn't flinch or scream in pain like she would have done yesterday.I ran my thumb lower down her leg and rubbed her ankles where the claw marks should have been.That thing left 3 huge claw marks on May's leg that was bleeding tremendously when I saw her now it was as if it wasn't even there than another thought came to mind why didn't I take May to the hospital to get her leg stitched up she could have gotten an infection if I had taken her to the hospital she would have gotten medical help for her leg by people who where trained to help people in May's situation but instead I let a random guy who looked like he lived on the streets take care of her leg and on top of that we got in a car with him and how the hell did he know where to go we never told him that we went to USF.I tugged at my hair "This doesn't make any fucking since how the hell is your leg completely healed and how the hell did that guy-.I stopped when May pulled me into a hug I looked up to see her smiling.I smiled back when she gently kissed my forehead she rubbed my hair before speaking."We'll figure it out later ok I hate when your like this".I smiled and nodded my head "besides we both need to take a shower we both smell like shit".I laughed shaking my head.
