Chapter 17

Dre Point of View
I wanted to tell Paris that I was in love with her but I'm afraid that she won't feel the same way. I talked to Gabby and she told me to go for it, so that's what I'm doing.
Paris and I are sitting in E's living room while everyone else is scattered about the house. I have my arm draped over her shoulders and she turns to give me a smile. I smile back and kiss her cheek.
She giggles and that makes me smile even more. "Hey, you wanna go out back? I wanna take to you about something."
"Ok", she said
I grabbed her hand and we moved through the house all the way to the backyard and sat on the swing. It was quiet for a moment before I got up the courage to just tell her.
"Paris?"
"Yes?"
I took a deep breath. "Baby, there's something I wanna tell you."
"What's wrong?", she asked worried
"Paris, I'm feeling you a lot. Maybe more than I've ever felt for someone"
She nodded for me to keep going
"Paris....I love you"
Her eyes widen. "What?"
"Baby, I love you and I want to be with you. I wanna marry one day and have kids. I see a whole future with us together. Please say you feel the same way"
She was silent for a minute and I was afraid she didn't love me like I love her so I tried to back track. "You don't have to say it but I wanted you know that's how I felt about you and I hope that by me saying that, it hasn't ruined anything for us"
She leaned over and gave me the biggest kiss I've ever had.
We made out for about five minutes before pulling away from each other. She stroked my cheek softly. "I love you too, Dre"
My eyes widen. "Really?"
She smiled. "Yes I do"
I smiled and leaned in and kissed her again this time more deeply then the first. I pulled away and pulled her into my lap and hugged her close to me.
"Thank you. I was afraid you didn't feel that way for me".
"Dre, of course I do. Who wouldn't love you"
We continued to hold each other and made out right in the swing in our own little world.

Gabby's Point of View
   Eric and I were sitting in the living room watching tv. I was leaning on him and he had his arm draped loosely around me.
    Dre and Paris had came back into the room holding hands. I had already informed them what was going on with Jose and they were pissed. Dre, like Eric, wanted to kill him but Paris and I quickly persuaded him otherwise.
    Cube and Kim are on a lunch date and would be joining us later and Ren and Rose were probably at his house fucking or something. Eric held me tight against his chest and refused to let me go. I felt special.
     "Baby?", he said
     "Hmm?"
     "Have you talked to your parents?"
     "Nope and I don't plan to for a while. They let that man do that to me just because they didn't want me with you. They don't deserve to hear from me"
     "You're absolutely right. You never have to talk to them again if you don't want to"
     "Thank you". I kissed him
He kissed me back and pulled away. "Do you have all of your stuff?"
    "Yes. What I wanted anyway. If I want anymore clothes, I'll just buy some. I'm not going back to his house or my so called parents".
    "I know,Gabby, it's ok. You don't have to go back there ever again if you don't want to. I hate that you're fighting with your parents because of me", he said looking down
    I put my hand against his cheek. "Don't blame yourself, Eric, this is not your fault"
    "Yes it is", he said looking up at me. "If you wasn't dating me and if I would have just left you alone, none of this would be happening. But I can't help it. I love you".
    I smiled softly at him. "I love you, too. Trust me, I don't blame you one bit for what is going on between me and my parents. This has nothing to do with you".
    He still seemed unconvinced but he smiled at me anyway. "Ok"
    I leaned in and gave him a kiss on the cheek and cuddled up under him even closer and he held me tight. I know it's going to be some drama in the coming future but for now I'm going to enjoy this handsome, beautiful man that has be so graciously placed into my life.
