Sehun's POV
Staring back at me, my reflection.
A complete and utter, raw copy of who I am, who I will always be.
Marked flawless by my makeup artists, concealed by my stylists, my wardrobe designers.
But they can't fool me.
I know who I am.
It's far from perfect.
I breathe in and out evenly, and try not to lose myself. I've performed thousands upon thousands of times.. This is nothing.
"Come on."
I look up in the mirror, and see Luhan standing behind me at the door.
Grinning, he left the room and shut the door.
I straightened my tie confidently and stood up.
This was my time.
I walked to the door, surprised when it opened before me, revealing Kai. He was wearing his best formal clothing, along with the rest of us.
"You ready?" He asked, a wide smirk forming on his face.
I slid my fingers through my hair, gelling it slickly into its form.
"Yeah." I nodded, looking down at my dress shoes, avoiding his gaze.
Instantly, I felt his strong hand on my chin and he pulled my face to meet his eyes.
My breath caught in my throat as he whispered,
"I believe in you."
I felt his hot breath, longing me to draw closer across my cheek... Now burning at his touch.
He then quickly left the room and shut the door once more, leaving me alone.
All that was left of him was the lingering scent of cologne.
My heart was beating out of my chest and I clutched my shirt, my feelings intense and unavoidable.
I shook my head, regained composure, and exited the room.
