Rubyred blood covered her paws. A few inches in front of her nose was a wretched lifeless human. Her best friend was dead and she was the cause of it. All of this was her fault and she could no longer do anything to stop it.
She lay her head on her paws, eyes toward the gray, stormy sky. Everything that she once had was gone. She had destroyed it. And she was now all alone in this strange world.
