Silent Truth

I'm still in the hospital and I have been in the hospital for a week already. Supposedly I was in a coma for 1 day. They all tell me that Logan saved my life. They say that when Logan saw that I wasn't at school, he got worried and asked Mr.West if he could excuse himself. Then he raced to my house and found me on the bathroom floor with an empty bottle of pills in my hand. The doctors say that I was lucky that Logan came when he did. They say that if he came, even 5 minutes later than he did I might not have not made it. Why did I do it, is the question everyone seems to be asking me these days. I always reply with the same answer, I wasn't thinking straight.

"Why did you do it?" Logan asked, breaking my train of thought.

"I wasn't thinking straight. Every night I would go to sleep asking the same questions. Why did she do it? Why did he do it? And every night I would convince myself that I wasn't good enough for you. Your so perfect and I'm so not perfect. I kept thinking that you were going to break it off with me, so I thought that I should just make everyone's life's easier and just leave. It's sounds so stupid when I say it out loud, but in my head it made sense ." I replied. What was wrong with me!

"Meli, I'm never going to leave you. Ever. I love you so much. More than you know. I love you more than anyone can love a person. But why would you think I would leave you." Logan replied. I could tell that he was telling the truth.

"I don't know. I just thought that you might have thought that I wasn't good enough for you. And I would keep having the same nightmare. It would always start with me at school and then I would see you. But I would see you kissing some girl and there would always be a group of girls around you. And I would still be dating Nate. I was afraid that one day that might happen." I said looking around the room trying to avoid his eyes. But then Logan lifted my chin so that I would look at him.

"Do you remember the day when Annabeth did what she did?" Logan asked

"I remember like it was yesterday" I replied nonchalantly.

"Well, if you remember, I told Annabeth that I want to marry you. And that is true. Whatever happened in your dream stays in your dream, because no matter what I refuse to let you go." Logan said. I think that was the moment that I truly realized how much I mean to him. Then I propped myself up on my elbow and kissed him long and hard.

"You know that I love you, right" I asked Logan. He chuckled lightly and began to kiss me again. I pulled Logan closer to me and soon we were trying to pull each others clothes off, but before anything happened we heard a knock on the door.

"Come in" Logan and I said at the same. We looked at each other both thinking the same thing. Who was this?

"Hey guys, did I interrupt anything." A voice said. The voice belonged to Percy. Of course you interrupted something. A couple was in a room alone, what do you think you interrupted, I said mentally

"No, of course not" I answered him. Percy somehow looked different. I looked at him closely. He had lost weight, he had bags under his eyes, and he looked like crap.

"Uhh, can I talk to you alone Meli?" He asked. It felt like he was directing the question more towards Logan than me. I guess that Logan has begun to be more protective of me, ever since the "accident". Logan looked at me and I nodded meaning yes. Then Logan got up and went out side.

"What's up, Percy?" I asked. I awaited for a reply but it didnt come as quick as I thought it would.

"Hello, anyone there" I said to Percy. God, he was a wreck

"Oh yea sorry. Anyway I need to talk to you about something. I have been playing what I'm about to say to you over and over again in my head, so hear I go. IloveyouandIalwayshavelovedyou, eversinceyouandLoganstartedgoingout." He blurted out so fast but I think that be said that he loves me and always has ever since Logan and I started dated.

"Percy, I'm flattered know that I love..." I wasn't able to finish my sentence because Percy put his lips to mine. I tried to push Percy off but he wouldn't let go of me. Then he started to try to undress me.

"LOGAN" I screamed at the top of my lungs hoping that he would hear me.

"He can't hear you" Percy said smirking. What he hell was wrong with him?

"LOGAN" I continued to scream but no luck. Percy had gotten my shirt off. He put tape over my mouth and tied my hands to the bed.

"HELP, HELP" I screamed but it was muffled by the tape on my mouth. Where the hell was Logan. And then right in time Logan comes in and sees. This time Logan wasn't able to control his anger. He charged to Percy but Percy was fast enough to dodge him. Percy grabbed hold of Logan and started to punch him in the face, but then Logan took control and pinned Percy knocking him out. Then he rushed to help me. He put my shirt back on and untied me from the bed, then he slowly pulled the tape off. I wasn't able to told off my tears like I usually do. I started to cry like a baby. Logan sat next to me and he let me rest my head on his stomach. He called the police to alert them about what happened. Then we both fell asleep in each others arms, but before we went to sleep I saw a tear drop from Logan's face.
