chapter 6

Ankita POV

I opened my eyes, I  looked around I was in my bed in my flat. But I  dont remember how I  got in.....oh, Arun might brought me in.

I heard some sounds in living room, I got up and walked to the living room to check out , Arun sat on sofa working on his laptop... I cleared my throat loud enough so that Arun could hear me.

Arun immediately turned his head towards me smiling, "Ohh how are you feeling now?" Arun asked keeping his lappy aside and moving towards me.

"I am fine now, thanks a lot... How long I have been sleeping?" I asked feeling embarrassed.

"From one hour I guess.. Now dont give any excuses we are seeing a doctor now, " he said and closed his laptop without caring for my answer.

"But I feel good now," I whispered. I really had no strength to talk god knows what happened to me.

"No you are not fine...just look at yourself Ankita you cannot speak properly and your body is hot, you got fever... now don't waste time.. We are going that's it I will be waiting in my car.. Come soon," saying he left.

My body was hot? What did he say did he touch my body, when I was unconscious?... Ohhh my why the hell I am blushing... Cool Ankita cool....he is your boss not your boyfriend my inner voice warned me.

How could I even think of another person when I  am in relation with Nithin... Nithin is my man that's it.

I opened the car door and sat beside my boss. He looked at me and said "Good girl, now put on your seat belt."

I started to put seat belt what the hell ? Its stuck... I was too weak and had no enough strength to apply force.. My boss understood my situation and moved his body towards me to help me...his body touched mine.. Vibrations  passed all over my body... What was happening to me?

God how long will he take to put that bloody seat belt.. He was trying hard to move the seat belt finally he made it, he went back to his driving position and started to move.

I could still feel his perfume smell... It was driving me crazy.. He was too handsome.

' just stop Ankita, you are with Nithin Arun is your boss' my inner voice warned me again.

I wanted to divert my mind, so I decided to talk.

"Sir, thank you so much again i really mean it," I said with gratitude.

He looked and smiled at me...' why cant he stop smiling. I just go crazy i love his smile'......

"Ankita don't call me sir it feels really awkward call me Arun, And don't treat me as your boss I am your friend,"  he said smiling....

"Ok Arun," I said and I  almost started to blush.... Why was I blushing because he called me as his friend? Or because he asked me to call him Arun instead of sir or boss..... I was immersed in my thoughts suddenly the car halted.

"Here we are... Come lets go," he said.

I got off from the car. We both went inside.

After five minutes of waiting we entered Dr.priya's room...

"Hello Mr.arun how are you?" Dr.priya asked Arun smiling

"Fine doctor ..... Umm she is my friend Ankita she is not feeling well since morning," Arun told the doctor in a very low voice.

was he really concerned for me but why? I was just his employee.

Dr.priya looked at me asked some questions. Suddenly she asked about my periods. I was shocked and embarrassed as Arun was sitting beside me.

Arun cleared his throat hearing and he stood up, "Hey Ankita you carry on I  will be waiting outside," he said and left the room

Dr.priya told me that I was stressing myself with over work. She even told me that I should have enough sleep.

I get really tired everyday reaching home from office, but Nithin calls me daily and starts with his problems, he never bothers if i am tired. He never cares for me. I listen to his problems his projects till late night. Finally I  sleep at 3.am everyday and wake up early morning at 6.00am.

Dr.priya told even to eat properly. I know I don't eat properly not actually to maintain my body I was slim enough and I was satisfied with my body shape.

I am just too busy with work that sometimes I  skip my breakfast and lunch, but I never skip my dinner.

Dr.priya gave me some medicines and asked me take care... I thanked her and left the room.

Arun saw me and moved towards me ,"what did she say? Is everything ok?" Arun was really worried for me..I could see that in his eyes.

"She told me that to have good sleep and eat well and work less" I  explained everything to Arun. I told him there was nothing to worry.

"Ankita I am giving you leave for 3 full days its my order don't stress yourself take complete rest OK?" Arun said and waited for my reply.

"But Arun one day is enough," I said. Why was he so concerned?

"No Ankita I am your boss its my order," he said with his bossy tone.

"OK fine three days. But I remember you saying in the car that you are my friend not boss" I  said winking at him .

"Haha ya I  am your friend... But the thing is you are so stubborn that sometimes I should behave as your boss to make you agree," he said again smiling. Woww he looks too cute.

For 3 days I took complete rest. Arun did not allow me too cook he sent food to my home with his driver. I watched movies, slept for hours...within three days I regained my lost energy.

Nithin called me and told that he was visiting  mumbai next week.

I was happy that he was coming we could hang out together, but I don't know why I was uncomfortable. God knows why..
